Acquisitions Analyst

The Acquisitions Analyst will gain diverse exposure and experience and will perform a variety of integral functions to support our Acquisitions Team in achieving the Companys investment goals.

What you will do:

Complete acquisition underwriting

Perform detailed market research including lease and sale comps

Coordinate the Investment Committee meeting materials

Participate in projects to assist the originators in making quality connections with prospective and current brokers, owners, and developers of real estate

Prepare market summary reports and aerials

Maintain database of national and regional retailers

Assist with portfolio management, including unit-level performance and tenant sales analysis

Perform credit analysis for both existing and potential tenants

Manage internal calendar of critical deadlines

Engage and manage third party consultants

Who you are:

Bachelors degree is preferred

Ideal candidates have prior commercial real estate experience

Excellent attention to detail

Strong analytical and computer skills, with an emphasis on MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with groups internally and externally, including senior executives

Passion for growth and learning combined with a strong work ethic

Ability to multi-task various projects and meet firm deadlines, including prioritizing and time-managing recurring duties and ad hoc tasks as they arise

Akoya Behavioral Health is a clinician owned and operated in-home ABA program specializing in children with autism. • Provide 1:1 care using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) in the homes of the families we serve.

• Implement individualized strength-based treatment plans.

• Collect data, monitor progress, and support client development in areas including communication, leisure and independent play, social skills, and daily living skills.

• Manage problematic/interfering behaviors through effective intervention strategies.

• Provide regular updates to the clinical team regarding client progress.

• Maintain assent and ensure a positive and respectful environment at all times.

• Remain open and curious to learn new skills and methodologies.

• Utilize creative teaching and problem-solving skills to enhance the learning experience.

• High school degree or higher.

• Preferably a portion of or complete bachelor's degree in child development, psychology, or early education.

• RBT certification in good standing preferred.

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Passion for working with children.

• Reliable transportation and Driver's License required.

• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, squat, run, and lift up to 30 pounds (as needed).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to successfully complete a background check required.
