Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of video conferencing management & troubleshooting. Able to work with SIP, H323, firewall traversal, call routing, Pexip Infinity, Poly Clariti, and integrate with cloud conferencing platforms like Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, WebEx.

Understand and can troubleshoot IP network connections involving entities like firewall, DNS, IP ports, network routing, QOS, VPN, Zscaler, latency, jitter, packet loss.

Able to architect projects and provide technical recommendations about emerging needs.

Familiar with configuring and troubleshooting hardware VTC devices, software VTC clients, and Microsoft Teams Room devices, e.g. Crestron Flex.

Some experience with laptop troubleshooting to support a local team.

Able to provide support to remote enterprise VTC customers and external VTC partners.

Able to manage servers, e.g. manage backups, perform basic Windows/Linux OS troubleshooting, patch/upgrade OS and applications.
