As a Clean Technician, you’ll support the successful execution of cleaning projects for data centers across the U.S. This hands-on role is ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of working in active construction or technical environments.
Job Duties:
- Follow directions from Supervisor and/or Team Lead
- Clean, vacuum, and chemically treat surfaces within post-construction or technical environments
- Subfloor and drop ceiling vacuuming and wiping
- Clean exterior surfaces of cabinets and hardware
- Mop and vacuum floor surfaces (vinyl, HPL, and similar)
- Dust and wipe furniture, machines, walls, and windows
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Reliable transportation

The Event Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff at the haunted house venue during the entire event season. This position provides essential support not only during event hours, but also in the critical periods before and after each event. Key Responsibilities

- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly; replace liners as needed.
- Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring supplies are maintained and facilities are sanitary.
- Wipe down high-touch surfaces (e.g., handrails, door handles, counters) to minimize health risks.
- Event Support:
- Respond quickly to spills, debris, or other sanitation issues during event hours.

Durham Food Hall, a 15,000 square foot Food Hall featuring 10 vendors, a main bar, and 3 event spaces, seeks Clean Team members. This team is the backbone of the space, keeping the Hall operational for our vendors and comfortable for our guests.
Members of the Clean Team are expected to work independently, handling responsibilities with limited oversight. They're also the eyes and ears for DFH management as the first to know when something needs to be replaced, refilled, or repaired.
Responsibilities include:
Dishwashing
- Gathering dirty dishes from bus stations and clearing tables.
- Taking dirty dishes to the dish room and cleaning them.
- Placing clean dishes on vendor racks in the dish room.
- Restocking silverware and water glasses at filling stations.
- Keeping the dish machine clean and operational, replacing chemicals as needed, and reporting when supplies need to be reordered or when the machine needs service.
- Keeping the dish room clean and organized.
- Keeping all public areas clean and presentable for guests.
- Collecting and disposing of compost, trash, and recycling.
- Ensuring the back of house common areas meet Health Department standards.

While service is not your primary responsibility, you will be on the floor and in contact with guests on a regular basis. A positive attitude and warm, helpful interactions with guests are expected.
