**Summary:** A Concessions Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of concession areas within a venue, ensuring all food and beverage service points are properly sanitized and maintained by managing a team of cleaning staff, adhering to sanitation standards.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
Assign cleaning tasks and monitor performance to maintain quality standards.
Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with food safety regulations and company sanitation standards.
Inspect concession areas regularly to identify cleanliness issues and ensure proper cleaning is completed.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed.
Coordinate cleaning activities during events to maintain cleanliness throughout the venue, particularly during peak usage times.
Communicate with concession managers and event staff to ensure cleaning needs are met.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all cleaning tasks are performed to the required standard.
Address any sanitation concerns promptly and implement corrective actions.
Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and inspections.
Performs other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
Minimum of one year leadership experience.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and other departments.
