• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are covered according to established standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure quality control, identify areas needing improvement, and address any deficiencies promptly.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage.
• Enforce all safety and health regulations, including the correct use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cleaning services, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks when necessary to ensure service continuity and support the team.
• Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, performance, and completed tasks.
• Implement and promote best practices in sanitation and hygiene across all assigned facilities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cleaning processes and service delivery.

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, chemicals, and equipment.
• Excellent understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for site visits.
