We are looking for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Kapolei, Hawaii. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and customer service tasks to support our organization's daily operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to.
- Respond to homeowner inquiries about organizational rules, dues, and processes, providing clear and accurate information.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including payments and official correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute meeting notices, maintenance schedules, and policy updates as required.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for management and the Board of Directors, ensuring smooth calendar management.
- Organize office supplies by placing orders and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Assist with event and meeting logistics, including setup, agenda preparation, and follow-up tasks.
- Provide information and documentation to homeowners regarding community guidelines to help enforce policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organizational and member information.
Requirements - Proven experience in receptionist duties, including handling multi-line phone systems.
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing a switchboard with 1-10 lines.
- Strong organizational and back-office support skills.
- Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ Ability to operate office machinery including photocopier, ten-key adding machine, telephone, and computer.
+ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
+ Understanding of basic bookkeeping.
+ Ability to file documents both alphabetically and numerically.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 1+ years in a prior accounts payable and/or accounts receivable role
Working Conditions:
+ This position operates in a professional office environment which may require sitting for extended periods.
+ Position requires routine use of office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, filing cabinets
