**Client Advocacy Commercial Lines Overview**
Colleagues in this role will support internal clients, working with multiple teams/markets/regions. Graduates may work with assigned external clients under the direction of senior colleagues. External client facing responsibilities expected to be up to 30% as skills develop. As the first point of contact for your clients in all aspects of their insurance program, any claims, wording, coverage or industry news related queries are directed to you, so these are made a priority every day. Outside of ad-hoc client queries, you will likely be working on client renewals, meeting with the broking teams to put together a 'Market Submission' document, containing in-depth information about a client's business including claims information, the classes of business needing renewal and any other supporting information. The broking teams then take these proposals to market.
