Somatus, the leader in value-based kidney care, has an immediate opening for an Analyst, Operations & Client Analytics to create impact among Somatus' clients and leadership by analyzing Somatus' healthcare claims and care management data. This position will work collaboratively with the Operations, Customer Success, and Analytics teams to support our Clinical, Operational, and Finance teams, making recommendations based on insights drawn from our data. This includes working with our data warehouse to pull and aggregate data, analyzing the data using a combination of SQL, Python, R, Excel, and/or PowerBI, and synthesizing and presenting findings.
Responsibilities
+ Lead ad-hoc and analytic projects in support of our Operational, Customer Success, Clinical, and Finance teams, including investigative analyses, reporting, and developing recommendations based on insights gleaned through our data
+ In Operations, focusing on partnering with our operations team on analytics to help reduce unnecessary utilization, total cost of care (TCOC) and MLR
+ In Customer Success and Reporting, ensuring resiliency in our ability to deliver analytic insights and reporting to our clients
+ Create, monitor, and report on operating KPIs in areas including, but not limited to, member engagement, utilization outcomes, field team efficiency, workflow adherence, process metrics, home visit scheduling and execution, and call center operations
+ Extract, clean, analyze, and summarize data and create ad-hoc and recurring reports using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Microsoft PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel
+ Develop and test hypotheses through rigorous problem solving and iterative analytic analysis
+ Develop internal and client-facing reports from insights generated from our data analyses
+ Clearly synthesize and communicate the implications of analyses for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
+ BS/BA degree in a STEM or similarly quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a healthcare-related field with an emphasis on quantitative skills
+ 1-3 years of experience working with data in a Healthcare environment
+ Ability to query databases and interpret data structures, tables, and views
+ At least 2 years of experience conducting data analyses in SQL, Python, and/or R, or equivalent education covering similar topics
+ Strong approach to conceptual problem solving and analytical approaches
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to present findings to stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Master's or equivalent in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or other healthcare related fields (MS, MPH, MBA, etc.)

About the Opportunity

- Support the client invoicing and/or reconciliation processes.

As part of the Customer Success Team , you will, as a Client Delivery Analyst , be responsible for facilitating the work product between Machinify and our clients across Complex Payment Solutions . This person will understand internal and client processes, handle internal and external client requirements gathering, analysis, solution documentation, integration and delivery validation. This person will recommend best practice solutions and processes, prepare documentation, monitor inventory, and support workflow and process management for clients as well as colleagues across the Machinify Platforms.
What you'll do
- Monitor client inventory in Machinify and client systems.
- Perform requirements gathering to problem solve for client issues arising in Operations' day-to-day activities and implement appropriate processes to monitor resolution by utilizing the Client Action Log and Jira ticketing system.
- Enter, track, and follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution for client production issues.
- Support internal Operations teams through regularly scheduled team meetings to determine appropriate process is handling changing needs including rule changes, process flow modifications, escalations.
- Support the client invoicing and/or reconciliation processes.
- Generate and transmit client reporting as required.
- Communicate and discuss larger issues with IT and Operations teams, continuing to act as liaison between teams until issues fully resolved.
- Attend external working client meetings with leadership teams and communicate pertinent information to appropriate internal teams, acting as a support system to client teams.
- Set up new users for clients in Machinify's systems.
- Maintain system access requirements for client systems to perform inventory management work as necessary.
- Perform QA and UAT efforts as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years' experience in data production preferred; and health industry knowledge and experience a strong plus.
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
- Experience managing multiple clients/projects in a team environment
- Experience independently structuring and executing complex analyses

Pay range : 70,000- 90,000 USD; role is eligible for Annual Performance Bonus
This is an exempt position. The salary range is for Base Salary.Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
