This is not a desk job . Its a hands-on role for a skilled remodeler and multi-skilled carpenter who takes ownership of every detail. Youll be working in the field every day, tools in hand , while leading helpers, solving problems on-site, and building strong client relationships. What Youll Do
  • Perform hands-on carpentry and remodeling work daily youll always have tools in hand

  • Install frameless cabinetry, fine carpentry, precision miter joints, and trim details at the highest level

  • Lead by example on-site: directing helpers while staying deeply engaged in the work

  • Communicate clearly with clients and sales designers to ensure accuracy and satisfaction

  • Use digital tools (iPads, apps) to manage plans, progress, and real-time updates

  • Maintain organized, safe, and spotless job sites that reflect our reputation for excellence

  • Take full ownership of your projects ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and client delight

  • Additional trade knowledge (drywall, painting, light electrical, light plumbing) strongly preferred

  • Comfort using iPads and digital tools for plans, progress, and communication
