This is not a desk job . Its a hands-on role for a skilled remodeler and multi-skilled carpenter who takes ownership of every detail. Youll be working in the field every day, tools in hand , while leading helpers, solving problems on-site, and building strong client relationships. What Youll DoPerform hands-on carpentry and remodeling work daily youll always have tools in hand
Install frameless cabinetry, fine carpentry, precision miter joints, and trim details at the highest level
Lead by example on-site: directing helpers while staying deeply engaged in the work
Communicate clearly with clients and sales designers to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
Use digital tools (iPads, apps) to manage plans, progress, and real-time updates
Maintain organized, safe, and spotless job sites that reflect our reputation for excellence
Take full ownership of your projects ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and client delight

Basic Qualifications
