**Position Overview**
The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of asset management projects, serving as a key liaison between technical teams, operations teams, and clients. This position requires a strong understanding of technical aspects, operational workflows, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ **Project Coordination:** Overseeing project timelines, tasks, and goals, facilitating communication between technical, operations, and client teams, managing meetings, tracking progress, and mitigating risks.
+ **Client Relationship Management:** Acting as the main client contact, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
+ **Technical and Operational Coordination:** Bridging the gap between technical development and operational execution, ensuring clear communication and seamless integration of solutions.
+ **Quality Assurance & Data Management:** Performing quality control on data, creating and managing operational metrics using relevant software, and generating reports for both internal and client use.
**Qualifications**
+ 1-3 years in GIS, data analytics, project management, or a similar relevant field.
+ Client engagement experience is essential.
+ Familiarity with the power distribution or telecommunications industry is a plus.
**Technical Skills:**
+ **GIS Software:** Strong proficiency in ArcGIS Suite (ArcMap/ArcCatalog, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, mobile field apps).
+ **Dashboard Creation:** Experience with Looker Studio or Power BI.
+ **Productivity Tools:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).
+ **Database:** SQL knowledge is desirable.

**Position Summary:**
As the Senior Manager, Functional Relationship Management (FRM) for our Technical & Production functions you will play a critical role in enabling, integrating and driving our Nestlé USA digital transformation. **Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
+ 8+ years experience in Information Technology including program/project management and business.
+ 3+ years of experience in Digital Manufacturing products with focus on MES, SAP in manufacturing and advanced analytical tools such as Trendminer
+ 3+ years of experience in digital technologies with focus on Safety, QM, Performance, Analytical tools, Labour Planning preferred
+ 2+ years experience leading initiatives/transformations across enterprise platforms preferred.
The approximate pay range for this position is $155,000.00 to $190,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. · Build and maintain positive relationships with current Trade Pro Members and their clients to make ProSource their primary source for flooring and cabinets.
· Proactively (and consistently) reach out to trade pros that are not currently doing business with ProSource and help them understand how ProSource and become their partner & grow their business through membership.
· Be curious by asking questions and understanding your member's or your prospect’s business, growth goals, and their current projects so that you can provide solutions for them and what separates you from their competition.
· Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience for your trade pros and their clients.
· Learn and stay on top of the industry products, key home remodeling trends, and industry news by leveraging our extensive training opportunities, including online and classroom training, and vendor reps and events.
· Maintain and update our CRM system with information about your members and prospects.
· Have a sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed goals.
· Build strong partnerships with the showroom team.
· Have a positive attitude and enjoy your job!
