+ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospitals and other assigned accounts to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in any combination of medical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical/technical expertise, clinical technology leadership in or hospital administration in imaging OR 8+ years of experience in any combination of medical sales
+ Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers at the C-Suite Level

The Senior Sales Executive - New Clients, also known as New Logo Sr. Sales Executive at Ensono, must have a proven track record selling "as-a-service" complex technology offerings that include managed services, public cloud, mainframe, security, and outsourcing. He/she will have accountability for the creation of new bookings from the acquisition of new clients through a consultative engagement process. **What You Will Need:**
+ Must be located in Minnesota or surrounding states.

+ 2-3 years of outside, B2B sales (Outside Sales / Account Manager)
+ At least 1 year previous package goods, outside, or systems sales experience.

**Position Summary**
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. You will play a critical role in building pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and setting appointments with prospective customers. You will have strong communication skills and a competitive spirit. This role is also ideal for a candidate with a desire to grow a career in sales.
**Responsibilities**
**Lead Qualification**
+ Research inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and buying potential
+ Engage prospects via phone, email, and social channels to qualify interest and gather key information
+ Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and qualification notes in the CRM
**Lead Generation & Appointment Setting**
+ Proactively prospect new accounts through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
+ Nurture leads and schedule qualified sales appointments for Account Executives
+ Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine targeting strategies and campaigns
+ Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly activity and meeting-setting goals
**Collaboration & Reporting**
+ Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to Marketing
+ Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
+ Generate regular reports on activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
+ Misc duties as assigned
