  • Providing support to field managers for nursing assessments and medical information requests
  • Updating Relias and tracking completion of Proxy and HCP training for new hires and annually for all DSPs and DDPs
  • Uploading all behavioral support and nursing documentation to E-Bridge
  • Providing scheduling assistance for training. Adding training sessions in Relias for both behavioral support and nursing departments
  • Analyzing information and preparing behavior charts
  • Creating written reports and communications
  • Ensuring other team members in the behavioral support and nursing departments are kept on task regarding missing documentation and training paperwork
  • Responding to other information requests as needed

Education/Experience/Other Requirements

  • Requires Master’s degree in counseling, social work or a related behavioral/mental health field from an accredited college or university. Based on agency and team need, may consider Bachelor’s degree with current LSW and 2 years of supervisory/administrative experience.
  • Requires license to practice as a social worker/counselor in Ohio (LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S).
  • Must be honest, dependable, self-disciplined, organized and be able to work well as a team member.
  • Must have good documentation, treatment and assessment skills.
  • Must be proficient and accurate in computer use, including Microsoft Word.
  • Prefer licensure in chemical dependency in addition to mental health licensure or proven experience and training in treating substance use disorders.
  • Required to obtain Health Officer certification within 6 months of employment.
  • CPR/First Aid and NCI/CPI Certifications required within 90 days of employment.

  4. Ability to handle emergency situations in a prompt, clinical and professional manner and provides pre-screening services as needed.
  5. Works in highly collaborative manner with all members of the team to provide unified treatment approach and ensure overall team success in all areas of treatment, documentation, and compliance.
  6. Participates in the monitoring and managing the budget, when requested by supervisor.
  7. Demonstrates leadership skills that lead to acceptable/expected levels of productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of team members in providing excellent care to clients.
  8. Provides counseling, CPST, MH Day Treatment, and/or SUD services based on licensure and provider team role in individual and group settings as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve treatment goals.
  9. Provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning and completes necessary updates as required. Completes clinical documentation in the format appropriate and acceptable to Harbor and submits all documentation according to Harbor policy.
  10. May conduct home based diagnostic assessments, individual and group counseling in the home or other community setting, if clinically indicated.

We’re seeking a Clinical Data Coordinator (CDC) to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of clinical data across multiple studies. Working under general supervision, you’ll support both EDC and paper-based clinical trials and help maintain high standards of compliance and quality within our global clinical organization.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update clinical data accurately according to approved guidelines

Review and process Data Clarification Forms (DCFs) and related documentation

File and organize study documents and maintain secure clinical records

Support multiple concurrent studies within a regulated environment

Ensure all work aligns with Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold data quality standards

RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications

Strong data management and organizational abilities

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
