• Keep up-to-date course syllabi and assist with new course development as needed.

• Are there any specific locations the candidates should be in? We always prefer within KY because members are more likely to talk to them, but there aren't limitations on this role since it's nonclinical. They must have adequate internet connection to support their day to day work.
• What is the expected schedule (include dates/time) 8:30-5:00 EST is the typical schedule. Sometimes members request to be called after 5:00. • What are the day to day job duties? This role will be assisting our Medicare team with STARS compliance. The largest portion of the responsibilities will be member outreach to attempt to complete health risk assessments. The CMP will work within our care management platform to document their call attempts according to protocol. They will send tasks to other team members within the platform (also according to protocol). They will work within SharePoint and excel as well. There may be some generation of letters, which is also done within the care management platform. And some general administrative support, such as looking up phone #'s, entering located phone #'s in excel or other platforms, etc. All work must be completed timely or we will be out of compliance with Medicare requirements.
• Top Skills Required: Communication and "people" skills. Being able to engage with our members is crucial. Some proficiency with technology and use of applications is expected. We don't want to have to train very basic excel skills (no more than basic skills are needed), for example.

What You Will Do:

The Change Management Consultant will be responsible for supporting our client with the EHR implementation. This position will help lead and execute the development of core Organizational Change Management capabilities for an enterprise initiative to consolidate information technology (IT) functions onto a single managed IT services vehicle. You will develop and drive adoption of change management strategy for public sector IT transformation initiatives. Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the landscape will be critical in ensuring alignment with program objectives. This position will be instrumental in supporting four critical pillars of change: User Participation and Buy-in, Communications, Leadership Support, and Business Process Training and Education.

The candidate will support the development of work products and deliverables; establish relationships with primary clients and stakeholders; and identify opportunities to improve processes. The candidate will also support business development across the MHS.

Coordinate OCM plan preparation and execution

Build change management plans aligned to overall program objectives, guiding audiences through change phases including sponsor/manager engagement, training, communications, and support activities for successful implementation

Design and deliver communications to inform the organization about the OCM program and upcoming organizational changes

Provide insight and manage coordinated change impacts across impacted organizations and personas

Evaluate and implement operational process improvements

Guide client conversations toward effective outcomes

Educate business partners about the value of change management and engage the community of change practitioners across the organization

Contribute to the development of work products and deliverables; manage recurring tasks and work products

Collaborate with clients and team members to identify opportunities for improvement

Develop slide decks and presentations

Collaborate with stakeholders to track progress on initiatives and workstreams

What You Will Need:

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 3-5 (5+ years preferred) of change management experience

Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications.
Demonstrates abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of firm services; preparing concise, accurate documents
Must be organized, self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to executive leadership
Ability to managing deadlines and recurring deliverables
