DescriptionOur Clothing Associates provide amazing customer service that ensures customer needs are being met and encourages customers to make Grigg's/ACE Hardware their store of choice.Clothing Sales Associate will be "solving problems" for our customers. They will also assist in the receiving, and stocking of all merchandise. Help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness. A person who is quick on their feet and pays attention to detail will thrive in this position! Grigg's provides a large assortment of clothing and shoes for women, children, and men! Duties and Responsibilities:
- Approach each customer using the 5 non-negotiable Friedman Sales Training Steps.
- Keep the department clean, faced and straight at all times.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
- Communicate customer requests to management.
- Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management, which may at times include assisting in other departments.

Requirements
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication is required. The ability to work closely with customers and co-workers is also required.
- LOOKING FOR MORNINGS PRIMARILY (9a-3p)
- Must demonstrate exceptional organization skills
- Must be able to work well independently and in teams
- Must have weekend (saturday-sunday) availability
Education and Training:
- A high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma are recommended.
- Sales training provided by Sportsman's Warehouse is required.
