We are seeking an experienced Databricks Administrator to manage and optimize Databricks workspaces, clusters, jobs, and integrations for enterprise-scale financial services workloads. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the Databricks environment, while also driving automation and governance best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Administration & Configuration : Administer, configure, and manage Databricks workspaces, clusters, jobs, and notebooks to support enterprise data and analytics workloads.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Cloud Administration , with at least 2+ years in Databricks administration .
- Strong expertise in Azure Databricks and Azure ecosystem (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, Key Vault, etc.).
- Hands-on experience managing Databricks clusters, jobs, notebooks, and workspace configurations .
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or PySpark for troubleshooting and validation.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), RBAC, and workspace security policies .
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for automation.
- Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security controls in the financial services industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:-

Job Title & Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Cloud Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance, and efficiency of resources in our Microsoft cloud tenant, supporting our users, and driving the adoption of Microsoft cloud services across the organization. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Skills Required:
• Administration and maintenance of Microsoft Azure virtual hardware (remote desktop clusters, dedicated servers, VPN Gateways, Firewalls, etc.)
• Utilization of Microsoft Intune to manage endpoint devices running all major Operating Systems, including but not limited to: Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
• Administration of the combined Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, with emphasis on managing update rings for Microsoft Applications and Operating Systems.
• Experience with identity and access management, especially with regard to Microsoft Entra ID and the philosophy of least privilege
• Understanding of cloud security, remote access, and compliance frameworks
• Experience with PowerShell scripting across the Microsoft ecosystem, with particular emphasis on automation, compliance, policy, and reporting use cases
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, prioritizing attention to detail with an ability to summarize complex requirements for a non-technical audience.
