Job Description

Serves as an Information Assurance and Cloud computing SME with regards to Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and a broad coverage of the application of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards and guidance as outlined in the NIST Special Publication(s) (SP) 800-53 and 800-37 (Current versions).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Service Management

  • The CCS shall maintain current certification as a Certified Cloud Security Professional. Possesses the ability to work independently with substantial cloud computing security knowledge.

  • The assessor must have the essential skillsets to identify, manage and resolve cloud computing security risk and implement "best practices" as applied within a cloud environment (across all of the different deployment and service models, and derivatives).

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Investigates computer and information security incidents to determine extent of compromise to national security information and automated information systems.

  • Defines security objectives and system-level performance requirements.

  • Researches and stays abreast of tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer network vulnerabilities.

  • Configures and validates secure systems, tests security products/systems to detect computer and information security weaknesses.

  • Maintains the computer and information security incident, damage and threat assessment programs.

  • Responsible for the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results and preparation of required reports.

  • Involved in the periodic conduct of a review of each system's audits and monitors corrective actions until all actions are closed.

  • Designs, develops, or recommends integrated system solutions ensuring proprietary/confidential data and systems are protected.

  • Involved in the establishment of strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and supports obtaining certification and

  • accreditation of systems.

  • Reviews processes and security protocols and makes recommendations for increased cyber security protection.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • The CCS must be well versed in FedRAMP assessment methodology of security and privacy controls deployed in cloud information systems to include six (6) domain areas. The six domains include:

  • Architectural Concepts & Design Requirements

  • Cloud Data Security

  • Cloud Platform & Infrastructure Security

  • Cloud Application Security

  • Operations

  • Legal & Compliance Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of relevant C&A experience; Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST C&A experience

  • DOD IA experience

  • Experience in assessing IA Controls and conducting C&A reviews for large, complex Information systems

Security Clearance

  • Active Secret level clearance

We are looking for a Project Manager for a global B2B high-tech company.   • Must have demonstrated aptitude to understand a variety of technical domains and strategies regarding opportunities, challenges, risks and business impact.
  • Strong facilitation skills with demonstrated experience leading project sessions, partnering with geographically dispersed teams, and identifying/resolving project and team risks and conflicts.
  • Highly organized with proven ability to handle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in working in unstructured environments, excellent attitude and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate and work well with others.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Education

Overview of the Role:

The Cloud Security Architecture Lead Analyst is responsible for defining and driving the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) security architecture across Citi's global cloud initiatives, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and industry best practices.

You will partner with Infrastructure Teams, Application Developers, Compliance Officers, and Risk Managers to embed secure design principles and mitigate evolving cloud threats in a highly regulated environment. You will also drive a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition and deployment of hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead efforts to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned framework.

Responsibilities:

  • ? Cloud Security Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for Google Cloud that aligns with the organization's business goals and compliance standards, such as GDPR, SOC 2, and HIPAA.

  • Architecture Design: Develop security infrastructure architectures and frameworks, focusing on protecting sensitive data and mitigating risks across networks, storage,applications, and authentication services using automation across a hybrid cloud architecture.

  • Data Security and Encryption: Design and enforce encryption and rest and in transit between all compute boundaries

  • Vulnerability Management: Proactively monitor GCP environments for vulnerabilities, manage threat detection, and ensure prompt response to potential security incidents.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, development, SRE, and operations teams to enforce security policies and integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle.

  • Team Leadership and Training: Guide the security team, promote security awareness across the organization, and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in a Security Architecture role

  • 6+ years of experience in a Cloud Security Engineering role

  • GCP Expertise: In-depth understanding of GCP core infrastructure services , security services , encryption practices , and compliance frameworks . Deep understanding of GCP IAM , RBAC , Cloud Identity and Zero trust principles for managing secure access to data and applications in the cloud. Expertise in GCP networking , including VPC's subnets , firewall configurations , Google Cloud VPN etc.

  • Scripting and Configuration Management: Experience with scripting and configuration management tools like Bash , Python , Ansible , Puppet , and Chef

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex security risks, identify vulnerabilities, and design effective security solutions.

  • Git Versioning :?GIT is a version control software that's commonly used to store and keep track of any changes to your source code.
