**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Service Management
+ The CCS shall maintain current certification as a Certified Cloud Security Professional. Possesses the ability to work independently with substantial cloud computing security knowledge.
+ The assessor must have the essential skillsets to identify, manage and resolve cloud computing security risk and implement "best practices" as applied within a cloud environment (across all of the different deployment and service models, and derivatives).
**Other Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Investigates computer and information security incidents to determine extent of compromise to national security information and automated information systems.
+ Defines security objectives and system-level performance requirements.
+ Researches and stays abreast of tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer network vulnerabilities.
+ Configures and validates secure systems, tests security products/systems to detect computer and information security weaknesses.
+ Maintains the computer and information security incident, damage and threat assessment programs.
+ Responsible for the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results and preparation of required reports.
+ Involved in the periodic conduct of a review of each system's audits and monitors corrective actions until all actions are closed.
+ Designs, develops, or recommends integrated system solutions ensuring proprietary/confidential data and systems are protected.
+ Involved in the establishment of strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and supports obtaining certification and
+ accreditation of systems.
+ Reviews processes and security protocols and makes recommendations for increased cyber security protection.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
+ The CCS must be well versed in FedRAMP assessment methodology of security and privacy controls deployed in cloud information systems to include six (6) domain areas. The six domains include:

Essential Functions:
PROGRAM DESIGN AND DELIVERY: Oversees assigned program(s) and the creation and delivery of high-quality and engaging course content.
- Leads the development, implementation, teaching, and oversight of assigned educational programs that meet the Bellevue University Course Master Design Standards.
- Works closely with the Dean, Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, Career Services, other internal and external stakeholders (such as advisory boards, corporate clients, and accrediting agencies) to produce new academic programs and update existing academic programs to attain a continual improvement in academic quality, course and program performance, student performance, and student experience.
- Maps courses to Program Student Learning Outcomes as well desired skill outcomes.
- Chairs an Academic Advisory Board for their assigned programs and coordinates periodic meetings to solicit advice on continual program improvement and market alignment.

- Recruits and selects subject matter experts to create quality, high-performing, and engaging courses that adhere to the Bellevue University Course Master Design Standards.

Apple Service Engineering (ASE)'s Compute team is seeking an experienced software engineer to build and enhance internal cloud infrastructure offerings. Description
In this role you will be responsible for developing, debugging and maintaining an in-house virtualized infrastructure platform, and evaluating and integrating cutting edge compute hardware:
- Design, implement, and optimize virtualized compute offerings on a wide variety of hardware types
- Integrate and optimize high-performance virtual networking solutions for custom hardware, including Open vSwitch, DPDK, GPU Direct, and RoCE RDMA technologies
- Work extensively with KVM, QEMU, and Linux kernel to efficiently enable functionality within virtual machines, including GPU passthrough and SR-IOV configurations
- Evaluate and tune performance of low-latency, high-throughput GPU Direct / RoCE interconnects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and optimize for critical workloads
- Tackle and resolve complex issues across accelerator, virtualization, and networking layers, ensuring robust performance, stability, and security
- Research and prototype new hardware and datacenter architectures to stay at the forefront of the industry
Minimum Qualifications

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $171,600 and $302,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

In this role you will be responsible for developing, debugging and maintaining an in-house virtualized infrastructure platform, and evaluating and integrating cutting edge compute hardware:
- Design, implement, and optimize virtualized compute offerings on a wide variety of hardware types
- Integrate and optimize high-performance virtual networking solutions for custom hardware, including Open vSwitch, DPDK, GPU Direct, and RoCE RDMA technologies
- Work extensively with KVM, QEMU, and Linux kernel to efficiently enable functionality within virtual machines, including GPU passthrough and SR-IOV configurations
- Evaluate and tune performance of low-latency, high-throughput GPU Direct / RoCE interconnects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and optimize for critical workloads
- Tackle and resolve complex issues across accelerator, virtualization, and networking layers, ensuring robust performance, stability, and security
- Research and prototype new hardware and datacenter architectures to stay at the forefront of the industry
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ At least 5+ years and Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent related experience.
+ 5+ years of experience in virtualization, specifically with KVM and QEMU.
+ Strong Linux development background, including kernel-level development and tuning for high-performance GPU and networking workloads.
+ Proficiency in high-speed networking, particularly RDMA (e.g., InfiniBand, RoCE), and network performance optimization in virtualized settings
+ Knowledge of advanced virtualization concepts, including nested virtualization, VM live migration, and NUMA optimization
+ Proven distributed systems and operating systems knowledge and experience applying it to build stable, performant, and secure execution environments

**Pay & Benefits**
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. You'll partner with teams across Apple to provide them with a rich developer experience that enables first and third-party cloud technologies including cloud provisioning, software lifecycle observability, deployment observability, service offerings, solution blueprints, and more. **Minimum Qualifications**
+ 5+ years proven experience in software development project management.
+ Knowledge of full lifecycle development process - including requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, testing, and maintenance.
+ Experience in Agile methodology.
+ Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, databases, object storage, caching, and messaging.
+ Knowledge of CI/CD technologies (e.g., Tekton, Bazel, Spinnaker, base images, CDEvents), developer portals and solution blueprints.
+ BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar technical field or relevant experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills to represent at all levels of the organization.
+ Able to interact with large developer communities and large internal customer teams, gathering input on evolving needs and sharing both needs and project status with senior leaders.
+ Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings).
+ Comfortable working with engineering leads and their teams to drive the use of standard methodologies and processes (e.g., planning, schedule management, Agile, communications) and drive adoption.
+ Ability to handle multiple simultaneous end to end infrastructure, technical projects and partner community comprising of various engineering teams and their partners.
+ Experience at prioritizing features, and technical road maps.
+ Self-motivated individual who is able to grasp new technical concepts quickly, adapt quickly to change and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and partners.
+ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
+ Understanding/experience of cloud security

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $163,300 and $290,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
