Job Description:
Join an existing, experienced team to support a dedicated instance of the clients learning management solution for a federal government client. This position is full-time at a client site and supports the installation/maintenance and future projects related to clients LMS. System technologies include Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS/ASP.net, Python, PHP, AWS CDK and other AWS Cloud technologies (Lambda, EC2, RDS, etc.)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Support the existing implementation on a Windows/SQL Server technology stack
- Support the existing toolsets on an AWS Cloud based technology stack
- Develop and add new features in the AWS Cloud based technology stack.
- Support issue resolution by determining root cause and alternatives to solution which best meets customer and client needs
- Work with the internal teams, customers and partners to develop repeatable, streamlined processes and solutions using client's offerings to accomplish the customer base LMS objectives
- Validate technical documentation is of quality, and accurate
- Confront internal issues openly and quickly
- Participate/support requirement gathering efforts, as it relates to the role.

- Experience in developing server-less cloud-based applications
- Experience in configuring and managing servers in an AWS Cloud Based Technology Stack

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000 annually
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
