**Your Experience**

**Compensation Disclosure**
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $ - $225,000/YR. The Senior Manager of Product Management for Oracle Dedicated Cloud is a leadership role responsible for defining, executing, and driving the product development with our outbound and engineering internal teams. The role carries broad influence, significant business impact, and ownership of mission-critical product releases and launches aimed at driving OCI's growth and success in global markets.
The primary objective will beto define, manage and deliver the product solutions that resonate with customers. This should include managing the full portfolio roadmap for DRCC and Alloy across its full lifecycle, partner with the engineering service teams to prioritize product and feature development, and partner with our outbound team to define the readiness and enablement plan for the solutions.
This requires:
+ Proven track record in management and establishing positive relationships with internal, external product teams, support organization, and executive stakeholders in all forms of communication.
+ Experience managing cross functional teams in complex technology projects as a collaborative leader with the ability to define the requirements and key metrics. Great organization skills to help colleagues stay focused on the right priorities while providing insights and direction to leadership.
+ Passion for product management and strong experience with developing service offerings as they relate to a Core Cloud Infrastructure Services.
+ Technical and product knowledge on Physical Datacenters and Cloud Services such as Compute, Storage, and Networking, as you will face a broad range of requirements posed by internal and external sources with the challenge of determining the appropriate path forward.
+ Understanding the technical dependencies of a service while applying an aptitude for the customer experience.

+ Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of product managers dealing with Datacenter infrastructure and services, providing guidance across OCI's Dedicated Cloud portfolio.
+ Oversee the development and delivery of products and features, driving the product roadmap and lifecycle for OCI service offerings, and acting as the primary technical point of contact for our internal engineering service teams.
+ Establish and execute against core KPIs for area of responsibility, ensuring strong alignment with product growth objectives and customer success metrics.
+ Collaborate across organizational boundaries to drive execution on complex, cross-team initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning.
**Qualifications**
+ 8+ years of relevant hands-on product management experience within cloud or enterprise software and at least 3 years in leadership or Lead roles.
+ Proven expertise in managing and scaling high-impact inbound product management teams.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence.
+ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
+ Proven track record of successfully shipping new products in an agile environment.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related subject area.
