The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.
The Disease Management Technician will:
+ Enter critical patient information into ScriptMed system, including but not limited to insurance information, medication profile, drug allergies, etc.
+ Communicate and interact with fellow team members to meet department goals.
+ Welcome new members to the pharmacy and provide a positive on boarding experience.
+ Ensure patients receive their medication both timely and accurately.
+ Facilitate patients in receiving financial assistance.
+ Other duties as assigned.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS** :
+ High school diploma
+ National Certification: PTCB (CphT) or ExCPT
