**Main Purpose of the Job:**
As the Senior Finance Manager Co-Pilot, you will be at the forefront of providing financial and controlling support, taking ownership of results and strategy for the Essentia Business Unit. You will also be responsible for leading and managing your team, ensuring their performance, development, and overall success.

+ Support business unit I&R and strategic growth initiatives, including evaluating financial feasibility and developing capabilities to support growth.
+ Lead special projects such as M&A, sourcing, integration, and business transformation.
+ Define financial frameworks for spend approval on product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
+ Support division process improvement and business initiatives.
**Reporting & Analysis:**
+ Provide executive summary insights, narratives, trends, variances, risks, and opportunities on an ad hoc basis.
+ Review monthly performance, identify risks to achieving targets, and develop action plans.
**Internal Control:**
+ Ensure full compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards policies and guidelines.
**Qualifications / Experiences:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
+ Proficient knowledge of financial concepts and principles, including cost accounting, activity-based costing, cash flow, NPV, IRR, and ROI.

- Own and manage I2L inputs for assigned brands.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Coffee-mate and Vitality marketing teams, pressure testing inputs and aligning on real opportunities and risks.

**What You Will Do**
We are seeking an Undergrad University Co-op to join the Drug Substance Pilot Plant team. This full-time, on-site position will provide an understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry today, as well as the challenges and opportunities that will drive the development of new medicines in the future. This Co-op will last approximately 26 weeks and include both project-based and experiential learning. At the Research Pilot Brewery you will be part of a team managing an area of our brewing process. You will be manually moving beer, grinding in malt, and reporting data to upper management.think of us as a very efficient Microbrewery in the middle of the largest brewery in the country.
You are going to be a part of our company's Innovations group which is responsible for the development of new products and processes. You will be challenged constantly here to provide NEW high-quality beers and flavored malt beverages (FMB's) in a SAFE and efficient manner to support the future growth of our company.
There are many things that you will be doing here throughout your Co-Op but the one thing I can promise is that you will not be bored. Among day-to-day production, you will be asked to manage an improvement project, present a 'Beer Science' topic to your peers, own an area of the brewery to ensure it has all the tools we need, and present about everything you learned to our director and other Innovation leaders. This is not like many engineering co-ops you may encounter out there. It is very hands on and manual.
You will be moving hoses, opening valves, cleaning tanks, transferring products, centrifuging beer, etc. To complete these tasks, you will be working with the equipment you are currently learning about in school. There are flow meters, plate and frame coolers, glycol jacketed tanks, yeast separators, steam heaters, and many lab instruments that you will be responsible for calibrating and operating. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Introduction to the company with local Leadership team, to learn about Anheuser-Busch's overall strategy, business functions, and people structure.

JOB SUMMARY The Pilot Plant Engineering Co-op is a full time, 8+ month assignment, that supports the team by completing tasks such as, process and safety improvements, documentation management, and process troubleshooting. This co-op position allows the individual to be exposed to multiple facets within engineering and assists in creating long term career aspirations. This position works closely with Innovation Center leadership and engineers, technicians, chemists, R&D, and other engineers in the organization. - Engineering Support
- Provide engineering capability for the facility including general engineering, mass & energy balances, PFD’s, P&ID’s, lay-outs and general design.
- Safety Support
- Assist with process safety management documentation and procedures, complete necessary permits for confined space, lock-out tag-out, and other safety procedures, and assist with environmental permitting.
- Operations Support
- Shadow Plant Operations, Maintenance and Chemists to understand different areas of the pilot plant and the oilseed process.
- Project Support
- Execute a capital project, including development of scope of work, develop and follow a budget, equipment specification, purchase requests, and coordination of contractors.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- A High-School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in ChemE or MechE is required.

The Co-op will work closely with the teams responsible for the development, design, and delivery of all training for our 16,000+ pilots. In this role you will have the opportunity to provide support with the following:
**Learner Insights & Advisory -** Focused on deepening understanding of their training experience and championing their needs before, during and post training thru research and insights shared from Learner Feedback. Track and monitor pilot performance against feedback to determine if there is a gap in training programs.
**Learner Analytics -** Conduct ad hoc analysis to support training curriculum changes or development of new training programs. Help create cross divisional reporting that helps measure training performance and effectiveness. Refresh current dashboards or help develop new widgets/dashboard views. Expand current topic modeling programming to increase accuracy, identify new topics and/or emerging themes.
**Learner Experience Strategy & Integration -** Support long-term strategy development that includes pilot training journey mapping & touchpoints, expanding Listening Posts, standardization of surveys and new data collection implementation.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Delta Training Analytics team is seeking highly motivated and data curious Co-Op who is excited to leverage data to improve the Pilot Training Experience. The Co-op will work closely with the teams responsible for the development, design, and delivery of all training for our 16,000+ pilots. In this role you will have the opportunity to provide support with the following:
**Learner Insights & Advisory -** Focused on deepening understanding of their training experience and championing their needs before, during and post training thru research and insights shared from Learner Feedback. Track and monitor pilot performance against feedback to determine if there is a gap in training programs.
**Learner Analytics -** Conduct ad hoc analysis to support training curriculum changes or development of new training programs. Help create cross divisional reporting that helps measure training performance and effectiveness. Refresh current dashboards or help develop new widgets/dashboard views. Expand current topic modeling programming to increase accuracy, identify new topics and/or emerging themes.
**Learner Experience Strategy & Integration -** Support long-term strategy development that includes pilot training journey mapping & touchpoints, expanding Listening Posts, standardization of surveys and new data collection implementation.
The selected candidate must be able to commit to the following Co-op rotation(s):

+ Spring 2027

The Co-op will work closely with the teams responsible for ensuring pilots and pay-adjacent stakeholders receive efficient, accurate and user-friendly support in alignment with the Flight Operations pay strategy.
