Description We are looking for a dedicated Coaching Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of child care programs by providing coaching, technical assistance, and training services. Working within the Quality Rating Improvement System framework, you will support child care providers in implementing quality improvement plans and achieving program goals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver coaching and technical assistance to child care programs, focusing on areas such as classroom environments, teacher-child interactions, and program assessments.
- Conduct virtual and in-person coaching sessions and provide training on developmentally appropriate practices and curriculum.

- Participate in community events to promote program visibility and stakeholder engagement. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, including 24 ECE units or a Program Director Permit; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least three years of experience in a child care setting, with expertise in working with adult learners and diverse populations.
- Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles applicable to non-profit organizations.
- Proven administrative skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Job Summary

Through the AmeriCorps Texas grant program, Texas Southmost College (TSC) will have AmeriCorps members who will 1) increase communication about and access to campus resources and support and 2) increase engagement in campus activities and with academic support services at TSC in Brownsville, Texas. At the end of the first program year, the AmeriCorps members will be responsible for increasing TSC students', who ewer served by the program, fall-to-spring persistence rate to 75% and fall-to-fall persistence rate of 63%.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Objective of the Assignment:
To help increase engagement with the Student Coaches in campus activities and with academic support services
  • Help plan and implement coaching, financial aid, and registration events with students
    o E.g., Field-based activities, instead of a focus at the Welcome Desk
  • Assist students in applying for admission to TSC and scheduling and leading informational classroom visits.
  • Guide students to the right areas around campus when checking in at the welcome desk.
  • Show students how to register online or how to pay fees/tuition online, print student IDs, etc.
  • Develop informational videos and resources for students on how to use TSC online advising services.
  • Assist in coordinating and implementing outreach efforts for student services
    o E.g., Welcome Week, campus events, conferences, webinars, etc. to disseminate knowledge of college procedures and policies to students.
Measures of the Assignment:
Number of students who attend coaching, Financial Aid, and Registration Events co-organized and implemented by the AmeriCorps member, and:
  • Persist to end of term or completion of program (short-term outcome)
  • Register for and attend following term: Winter/Spring from Fall or Summer/Fall from Spring (mid-term outcome)
  • Register for and attend the term starting one year from initial point of capture or complete their program (mid-term outcome)

Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Members are required to wear their uniform with AmeriCorps logo at all times of service. Members are required to adhere to all rules and regulations as outlines in their Member Service Agreement.
  • Adhered to responsible work habits, such as reporting for service on-time, staying on task, being friendly and helpful on site and in the community, and maintaining a professional manner and appearance. Members are required to complete and submit a biweekly timesheet to the appropriate onsite superior for signature and approval.
  • Members are required to call in to the appropriate site supervisor and any relevant site staff when absent or late to the program or scheduled service event. Chronic tardiness and absenteeism is ground for suspension and/or dismissal. Members who miss three consecutive days or more of schedule service due to illness or other compelling circumstance, such as a family emergency, must provide a doctor's note or other similar documentation explaining the reason for the absences.
  • Members must have a strong commitment to community service, to communicating effectively with staff, with fellow members, community partners and AmeriCorps staff. Member mush also exhibit a strong work ethics (attendance, record-keeping, completing timesheets in a timely fashion, etc.). members are required to adhere to all codes of conduct and or related policies and procedures.
  • AmeriCorps member, at least 18 years of age, are required to under a four-part National Service Criminal History Check. Their position is contingent on the results of this check and members may not begin service until results have been received and adjudicated.
  • This position will serve as minimum of 900 hours (at 1/2 time) during their term, which on average, is 24 hours per week. Schedules are worked out with the direct supervisor. All members are expected to participate in centralize AmeriCorps trainings- including but not limited to initial kick-off training and Life after AmeriCorps training. Members are also required to participate in national service days including 9/11 Day of Service, MKL King Day or Service and National AmeriCorps week.

We are seeking a versatile SDR Lead | Strategy, Advisory & Enablement to join our Sales Advisory Capability, to work side by side with our leadership to guarantee the successful delivery of impactful sales strategies and enablement programs.

  • Master Agile GrowthOS

  • Design Outbound Campaign Strategy
    Lead the development of outbound/email campaign strategies-guiding messaging, sequencing, targeting, and channel planning.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor
    Sit at the table with senior client stakeholders to solve sales challenges, design smarter systems , and coach teams through change.
  • Operationalize Sales Strategy
    Turn sales strategy into action for client BD and sales teams -whether it's new cadences, better handoffs , or rethinking incentive structures .
  • Contribute to Thought Leadership & IP
    Codify frameworks, write POVs , and help turn practical experience into a scalable methodology .
  • Grow the Team and Culture
    Mentor emerging talent, collaborate across practices, and help build a culture of curiosity and performance .
Our ideal candidate has:
• Experience in Sales Strategy & Execution with 5-10+ years in sales-related roles, including at least 2+ years successfully prospecting and 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of outbound campaign design and execution with proven experience, successfully supporting client sales teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask across client engagements.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Growth-minded and entrepreneurial approach with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and work independently.
• Familiarity working with modern sales stacks like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach is required.

Position Summary:

The Coaching Center of Excellence plays a critical role in executing the company's selling systems at the store level, ensuring consistent and effective application of sales methodologies, including EASY, PPP, Bedding, Finance, Product Knowledge, Sleep Science, and other key aspects of the selling system. This position serves as the frontline trainer, coach, and performance enhancer for sales teams. CCE Specialists are responsible for identifying training needs, reinforcing existing sales strategies, and providing targeted coaching to maximize sales productivity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Training Execution and Reinforcement

  • Deliver and reinforce training programs developed by the Learning and Development team to ensure consistent application of the company's selling system.
  • Provide in-the-moment coaching to sales associates, emphasizing critical aspects of the selling system such as EASY, PPP, Bedding, Finance, Product Knowledge, and Sleep Science.
Performance Monitoring and Feedback
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance metrics, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular sales audits to ensure adherence to establish selling standards and methodologies.
  • Provide feedback to the Director of Coaching Center of Excellence on training effective and emerging coaching needs.
Collaborate and Communication
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to understand specific regional challenges and tailor coaching programs accordingly.
  • Partner with the Director of Coaching Center of Excellence to align on training priorities and share insights on emerging sales techniques.
  • Serve as a bridge between field sales teams and leadership, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on sales goals and strategies.
Leadership and Development
  • Mentor and develop high-potential sales associates to prepare them for future roles.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and excellence within sales teams.
Continuous Improvement and Feedback Loop:
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and coaching interactions.
  • Provide actionable feedback to the L&D team to help improve and adapt training materials based on field observations and emerging needs.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales training, coaching, or sales management, preferably within the retail environment
  • Deep knowledge of sales systems, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively coach and influence sales associates.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvement through targeted coaching.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to build strong relationship across all levels of the organization.
  • Data-driven approach to performance analysis and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field, preferred
  • Frequent travel within the assigned region
