The Security Professional will conduct unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior and/or exterior) in a hospital environment. **Job Description:**
As a **Security Professional - Armed Driver** in **Butlerville, IN** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .
As a valued member of the Allied Universal team, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a government location. In this armed and driving post, you will conduct routine patrols throughout the assigned area, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to those on site. Your responsibilities will include monitoring for unusual activity, responding promptly to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and a professional presence. **What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
+ Monitor for suspicious activity and report any irregularities according to established protocols.
+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to personnel and visitors.
+ Assist with access control by verifying credentials and authorizations for entry to restricted areas.
+ Document observations, incidents, and activities in detailed reports as required by site procedures.
+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when necessary.
+ Participate in ongoing training and drills to remain prepared for emergency situations.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid concealed carry weapons permit is required.
+ A valid driver's license in the state where the job is located is required.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
