About Brighten: Brighten is where events, technology, and vibrant communities meet. We’re seeking bold, entry-level cold callers to be the “voice of first impression” for our brand, playing a key role in growing our sponsorships and member ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
Make 80–120 outbound calls per day targeting targeted sponsor and member leads
Follow punchy scripts, but be ready to pivot conversations fast based on prospect feedback
Qualify and hand off interested leads to sales closers or appointments team
Handle both rejection and serendipitous success with professionalism
Log activity and progress notes religiously in our CRM
Who You Are:
Early career, no formal experience required, but must have “grit” and strong conversational skills
Eager to learn, super coachable, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
Unafraid of rejection—a positive mindset is a must!
Natural curiosity: you ask smart questions and listen for trends
Interested in the tech and event landscape, with a drive to help sponsors and members find real value
