**Candidate must possess an Active Secret Security Clearance.**
Provide technical expertise in the implementation and support of Cisco Collaboration solutions, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Emergency Responder (CER), and Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX). The site has an aging Avaya G3SI PBX that needs to be replaced with a Cisco Collaboration Solution. The solution will include the Main Treatment Facility (MTF) and Eleven (11) Remote sites. Some of the remote sites have multiple buildings that will be part of the project. The MTF will have approximately five thousand (5000) new VoIP phones and five hundred (500) analog devices (analog fax machines, elevator phones, security systems, etc). The remote sites will have approximately eighteen hundred (1800) new VoIP phones and three hundred and fourteen (314) analog devices (analog fax machines, elevator phones, security systems, etc). The candidate will be responsible for migrating from the old PBX to the new Cisco Voice Solution and providing ongoing support.

**Job Summary:**
**The Senior Collaboration Systems Engineer will share responsibility for the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of Teledyne's voice and collaboration systems and services across over 260 locations worldwide. The position will assist to design architecture for Teledyne's voice and collaboration environment and work closely with the manager of the group to set strategy and direction for the team.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Implement, manage and troubleshoot of all aspects of Cisco Webex Calling, from migration of legacy telephony solutions to setting up voice call queues for a contact center.
+ Maintain, manage and troubleshoot existing Cisco Unified Communications on-premises environment.
+ Maintain, manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams from a meetings and telephony perspective, including Microsoft Teams Room appliances, panels and IP phones, and associated Microsoft licensing.
+ Maintain, manage and troubleshoot Zoom for Government platform and hosts.
+ Assist with incidents and tasks in ServiceNow queues as needed

**Education and/or Experience:**

The Enterprise Voice & Collaboration Architect is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive voice & collaboration strategies that align with the organization's business objectives with respect to unified communications, including both Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) technologies. **Essential Functions**
+ Develop and Execute the overall Voice & Collaboration strategy and corresponding roadmap in alignment with organizational goals with respect to Voice & Collaboration capabilities including Voice, Text, Chat, Video, and Omnichannel workflows.
+ Analyzing business needs and designing a comprehensive voice and collaboration architecture that integrates various technologies like VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), video conferencing platforms, instant messaging systems, and call center solutions.
+ Architect and oversee the integration of Voice & Collaboration systems with existing IT infrastructure. Create and maintain detailed documentation for Voice & Collaboration systems, including reference architecture, statement of direction (SoD), architecture diagrams, configuration details, and etc.
+ Ensure that imaging solutions are compatible with other enterprise applications and databases along with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
+ In collaboration with engineering, lead and manage voice & collaboration projects from concept through deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the both functional and non-functional requirements.
+ In collaboration with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
+ Develop and enforce voice & collaboration policies, standards, and best practices across the organization working with business stakeholders and engineering teams via a Center of Excellence.
+ Work closely with internal IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and Voice & Collaboration solutions including UCaaS and CCaaS.

The employee Performs difficult professional work driving and influencing technology decisions, establish standards, and assisting in resolution of support issues requiring technical escalations. This position's responsibilities include architecture, designing, implementing, and supporting the network architecture and enterprise network solutions. May serve as trainer on new in-house computer applications and/or modifications of existing software; does related work as required. Distinguishing Features of the Class: Proven skill and expertise in Cisco collaboration applications, specifically Communications Manager, Unity, UCCX, Cisco Expressway, Cisco Emergency Responder, and integrations of these systems into existing LDAP infrastructures. Must have moderate level understanding of VoIP QoS, H323, SIP, SRST, and UCS Servers, and the ability to extend these services over wired and wireless networks. The work is performed under the supervision of the Director of Information Technology.

Essential Functions of Position:
- create, modify, and maintain user accounts, voice/video endpoints, and directory numbers for Cisco Unified Communications Manager 11.5;
- configure and maintain SRST configurations;
- configure and maintain MGCP, H.323, and SIP gateways;
- ability to produce voice packet;
- configure and maintain Cisco IM&P servers, Jabber devices, and Cisco Spark endpoints;
- configure and maintain Cisco Emergency Responder;
- configure and maintain Cisco Unified Contact Center Express;
- generate reports of CDR, CDA, system capacity and usage;
- operation of RTMT, and Trace file configuration;
- design project plans, budgetary cost estimates, capacity/growth planning, accurate timelines, and resource requirements;
- conduct long term and short term planning to meet immediate and future VoIP requirements;
- network monitoring; skilled at analyzing network activity and issues to discover, resolve, and implement resolutions to prevent systematic errors; can recommend changes or enhancements to correct or improve network performance;
- experience with Single Wire Informacast software a plus;
- basic understanding of IP Unicast and Multicast routing;
- basic understanding of IP routing protocols, including EIGRP and BGP;
- experience with Cisco Nexus switches a plus.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Thorough knowledge and extensive experience with the support and analysis of telephony architecture and topology, including high level knowledge of VoIP, unified messaging and conferencing in complex internetworked environments. The candidates will design and maintain enterprise platform technologies, including configuration of operating systems, platform upgrades, disaster recovery and security to ensure optimal function and service levels for a multi-site, multi-customer environment.
