What you'll do as the Digital Media Buyer:
Media Buying, Optimizing and Reporting.
- Activate and optimize strategic paid media plans across digital, paid social and retail platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and retail media networks (Walmart Connect, Instacart, etc.).
- Tailor media strategies to meet vertical-specific goals such as conversions, lead generation, brand awareness, and omni-channel sales lift.
Campaign Optimization & Management
- Monitor performance and pacing daily to ensure campaigns meet defined KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CVR, CTR, etc.).
- Make informed adjustments to bids, budgets, audiences, and creative to improve results.
Client Collaboration & Support
- Serve as the digital, paid social and retail media networks SME across assigned accounts, providing strategic guidance and proactive communication.
- Prepare and present performance insights to cross-functional teams and clients across a range of industries, deriving insights and tailoring performance narratives to their unique business goals.
Reporting & Analytics
- Create and deliver clear, actionable reports supported by performance data and audience insights.
- Partner with analytics and web teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution across platforms and client ecosystems.
Innovation & Platform Growth
- Keep up with evolving best practices, platform updates, and emerging media opportunities.
- Contribute to the agency's internal knowledge-sharing efforts and develop POVs on new tools and trends relevant to our clients' industries.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on digital paid media experience in an agency or multi-client environment.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns across paid social and at least one RMN platform.
- Experience supporting campaigns in multiple verticals-ideally with at least 3 of the following: CPG, DTC/eCommerce, healthcare, finance, tech, tourism.
- Comfortable managing a wide range of monthly ad budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, especially when translating performance data into actionable recommendations for clients.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with industry compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA for healthcare, FINRA for finance) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio/Whatagraph, and campaign tracking frameworks.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides skills
- Client-facing experience

We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking Digital Media Director for our performance media team that drives business growth for clients spanning consumer brands, B2B enterprises, and medicinal/wellness companies — both nationally and internationally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-platform paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and emerging channels for consumer, and B2B clients.
- Collaborate with Account Directors, Creative, and Analytics teams to align performance marketing with broader campaign objectives.
- Own monthly forecasting and budget pacing across accounts, working directly with clients and the agency finance team.
- Analyze performance data to extract actionable insights and drive continuous improvement in conversion rates, ROAS, and CPL/CPA metrics.
- Oversee creative testing frameworks (copy, design, landing pages), ensuring learning agendas are robust and insights scalable.
- Manage internal team members and external partners (freelancers, vendors, platforms) to execute campaigns flawlessly.
- Regularly present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear, compelling manner.
- Stay on top of performance media trends and platform innovations to keep agency offerings cutting-edge.
Required Technical Skills:
- 8+ years of progressive performance media experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategy role within an agency or multi-brand environment.
- Strong background in paid media across DTC, B2B, and/or health & wellness verticals.
- Deep platform expertise: Google Ads (including Editor), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Amazon DSP.
- Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools such as GA4, Looker, Supermetrics, Triple Whale, or Lifetimely.
- Demonstrated experience owning and optimizing media budgets of $1M+ annually across various channels and KPIs.
- Strategic thinker with tactical know-how and the ability to pivot quickly when performance signals shift.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field preferred
