Participates in the assigned Commercial Development Program (CDP) training curriculum. Includes a combination of in-person and virtual training and activities, as well as on-the-job application. Participants will be introduced to the M&T Bank organization while learning Commercial-specific job knowledge, and professional development skills. Position Overview
The Lead Commercial Development Program Manager successfully partners with our Commercial launch leaders to deliver successful and highly impactful product launches. The Role:
The Procurement & Commercial Strategy Lead will drive sourcing strategy, optimize raw material utilization, and launch a new revenue stream through component sales. While procurement is currently effective, it's underutilized-taking just an hour a day. This role presents an opportunity to take ownership of procurement and enhance value through smarter sourcing decisions, vendor relationships, and yield management. You'll work closely with manufacturing to fine-tune yield calculations, improve margins, and support operational efficiency. Additionally, this role will lead efforts to develop and scale a commercial strategy for component sales, expanding the company's value proposition.
