Under the strategic direction of the Chief Operations Officer, Mayo Clinic International, the Commercial Director will lead sales development and revenue generation across the Middle East and India. This senior sales executive will be responsible for driving global consulting revenue, expanding the Mayo Clinic Care Network International, and securing new strategic collaborations under the Mayo Clinic Healthcare Collaborative.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned dealmaker with a strong regional network and a track record of closing high-value agreements in the healthcare, consulting, or related sectors. They must possess the ability to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities, ensuring sustained revenue growth and market expansion for Mayo Clinic International.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth.
+ Own and drive all in-market sales and business development initiatives across the Middle East and India.
+ Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new commercial opportunities.
+ Develop and execute strategies to maximize global consulting revenue, expand the Mayo Clinic Care Network International, and cultivate new partnerships.
+ Build a strong deal pipeline and manage opportunities from lead generation to contract finalization.
+ Strategic Relationship Management.
+ Leverage an established rolodex of key decision-makers in the region to build and maintain high-value client relationships.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for potential and existing partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and commercial success.
+ Lead negotiations on commercial terms for consulting engagements and partnerships.
+ Proposal Development & Contract Execution.
+ Work with internal teams (Global Consulting, Finance, Legal, Operations Enablement, Corporate Development, Marketing, Academic Solutions, and Practice SMEs) to develop compelling, world-class proposals.
+ Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with Mayo Clinic's strategic and financial objectives.
+ Market & Business Intelligence.
+ Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and healthcare business opportunities across the Middle East and India.
+ Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance Mayo Clinic International's positioning and commercial success in the region.
**Qualifications**
+ A minimum education of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
+ Proven Sales Expertise: Minimum 10+ years of senior-level sales and business development experience, preferably in healthcare, consulting, or professional services.
+ Deal Closure Experience: Strong track record of successfully closing high-value consulting and partnership deals in the Middle East and India.
+ Regional Network: Well-connected within healthcare, government, and corporate sectors, with a deep understanding of regional business practices and regulatory environments.
+ Strategic Thinker & Executor: Ability to develop and implement market-entry and growth strategies.

What you will do
The Commercial Director for Versalie will lead a top growth opportunity for Kenvue in entering a new category - menopause - with a distinctive product offering and brand. This entrepreneurial role requires both strategic vision and hands-on operational management, creating a vision for the brand's long-term ambitions while delivering on the day-to-day performance expectations. This role is responsible for developing and executing the tactical annual marketing plan, sharpening the marketing strategy, and ensuring the quality and cost-effective implementation of all marketing programs:
Additional responsibilities:
- Ongoing refinement of brand and marketing strategy and alignment with Growth lead and key stakeholders.
- Define and track key metrics and OKRs. Monitor business performance metrics.
- Manage P&L and overall budget structure. Lead forecasting and partner with finance to update P&L.
- Lead commercialization planning for retail launch.
- Coordinate launch activation and plans with customer development teams.
- Manage brand/retail marketing expense funding.

Reporting to the President, the Amrize Building Envelope (ABE) Strategic Commercial Director is a new role designed to leverage the power of our entire product portfolio to help drive additional sales and margin of all products & systems within ABE. This individual will be the lead for cross-selling within ABE, driving value with system sales. Operate as the relationship manager for selected key accounts, building owners and vertical markets that purchase across business lines, and establish Amrize as a holistic solutions provider and the overall leader in North American building materials.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Represent Amrize Building Envelope to the key industry players, leverage all product lines to create sales opportunities across the organization.
- Develop a deep understanding of the full ABE product portfolio,manufacturing/R&D capabilities.
- Work with Marketing teams to create streamlined materials that highlight our broad offering.
- Develop a basic understanding of the Amrize product portfolio and build a network with related technical and commercial teams in Amrize cement, aggregates and RMX.
- Collaborate with product management to understand the new product pipeline and provide feedback regarding opportunities, customer needs and competitive products.
- Identify opportunities and build the commercial strategy required to grow in specific vertical markets (e.g. data centers, warehouse, residential, RV's) and new markets (e.g. waterproofing, wall insulation) with Amrize product lines.
- Partner with existing National Account teams to identify opportunities for additional sales of Amrize products.
- Build a strategy for growth.
- Leverage the government affairs team to identify and drive opportunities for our solutions through government programs and/or grants.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years in Professional Experience Required, 5+ years B2B / building products, manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of the construction industry, the stakeholders and markets.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
