GH Engage is currently recruiting for a Mobile Gas Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, working across a portfolio of commercial sites in Hampshire. The Role:

As a Mobile Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and installation works across various commercial properties. The role requires a strong understanding of building services, particularly within commercial gas systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on boilers and associated mechanical plant

Complete gas installation and remedial works as required

Service and repair AHUs and FCUs

Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations

Keep site logbooks and relevant documentation up to date

Liaise with Contract Managers regarding site updates and client feedback

Provide detailed reports for additional/follow-up works

Supervise subcontractors when necessary

Requirements:

Essential:

Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, etc.)

Proven experience working within commercial building services

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

Additional mechanical or electrical skills (basic plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

Experience providing technical support to administrative teams
