The Role:
As a Mobile Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and installation works across various commercial properties. The role requires a strong understanding of building services, particularly within commercial gas systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on boilers and associated mechanical plant
Complete gas installation and remedial works as required
Service and repair AHUs and FCUs
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
Keep site logbooks and relevant documentation up to date
Liaise with Contract Managers regarding site updates and client feedback
Provide detailed reports for additional/follow-up works
Supervise subcontractors when necessary
Requirements:
Essential:
Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, etc.)
Proven experience working within commercial building services
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Desirable:

**Job Summary:**
The Facilities Gas and Chemical Systems Coordinator at Micron Technology, Inc., is responsible for working in a team environment coordinating gas and chemical distribution system activities in a high-volume manufacturing site to ensure there is no impact to site or manufacturing operations.
