Job Description
Interfacing within the Program Management Team made up of a planning, engineering, procurement, legal, project controls, and construction teams working on various Alternative Delivery Projects (DB, DBF, DBFM, DBFOM, CMGC). Key focus will include managing the flow of communication and accountability regarding document control of RFQs, SOQs, RFPs, proposal submittals, RFIs, disputes, etc. while coordinating with technical experts and facilitating the process of developing and recommending strategies and solutions for project challenges. As a key member of a team in the development and/or administration of agreements between an infrastructure owner and design and construction providers (Projects often utilize alternative delivery methods such as design-build or some other form of public private partnerships) this person will participate in a wide variety of meetings - client meetings, proposer meetings, design charrettes, and contractor meetings. In those meetings this role will typically act as a representative for the owner as part of the program or project management team.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can deliver stellar service to our clients through the alternative delivery process by applying expertise in support of resolving project issues, including the analysis of and application of contract provisions. Candidates should be intellectually curious and not afraid to ask questions. Customer service skills and ability to talk comfortably with executives are a must. Candidates must be detail oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where things can and will change quickly.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Provides support on resolving project issues, including application of contract provisions, working with technical experts, and making recommendations for strategies and solutions for resolution. Drafts and co-drafts technical memos, policy papers, and issue analysis codifying recommendations, contract position taken, or resolution documents.
+ Reviews correspondence, work with various members of the project team and the owner to develop responses and propose and draft responses.
+ Oversees the project team's review of technical and administrative submittal responses, participates in meetings, reviews reports and minutes, and coordinates project communication utilizing a variety of methods.
+ Assists in the resolution of potential change orders, change orders, dispute resolution, and provide claims, formal dispute, and litigation support.
+ Performs administrative audits, including both process and product audits. Identifies procedural noncompliance and nonconforming work, opportunities for improvement, and necessary corrective and preventative actions.
+ Reviews and audits of subcontracts, insurance and bonding provisions, and subcontracting procedures.
+ Mentors and trains the project team on contract interpretation and application of contract policies and requirements, proper communication and documentation, and risks and liabilities related to project roles and responsibilities.
+ Makes recommendation for revisions to contract policies, strategies, and provisions, and revise or draft corresponding contract provisions. Recommendations are in written report format.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Legal Studies or related degree
+ Juris Doctor Degree
+ 5 years Project management, contract drafting & negotiation, construction claims resolution or similar experience
+ In lieu of Juris Doctor Degree, 15 years of Project management, contract drafting & negotiation, construction claims resolution or similar experience
**What We Prefer:**
+ Experience developing and reviewing legal documents (MOUs, IGAs, RFQs, SOQs, RFPs, Proposals, Contractor Correspondence, etc)

Summary:
With limited supervision, the Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for collaborating with assigned industry banking teams to plan, develop, implement, and track the performance of omni-channel lead generation and prospect nurturing programs to drive new revenue opportunities for the commercial bank.

Work collaboratively with assigned banking teams to define sector-specific target prospect audiences, segment them by their needs and where they are in the business lifecycle and plan, produce, and implement cross-channel contact nurturing campaigns to deepen banker relationship and encourage cross promotion of commercial services to enhance client outcomes and new revenue opportunities.
+ Content Publication & Distribution: Collaborate with assigned industry teams and Capstone's Market Intelligence Team to advance the bank's thought leadership by publishing SEO-optimized reports, blog articles, whitepapers, press releases, deal announcements, client testimonials, and case studies to capstonepartners.com and implementing the distribution and promotion of such to increase demand & lead generation through website visits and creating calls-to-action on the website to capture lead information for strategic use in future nurturing. Responsible for ensuring that all content published publicly has been reviewed and approved by all key stakeholders, prior to publication, as required.
+ Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Run Google keyword analytics reports to inform Capstone Marketing Intelligence Team of important long tail keywords to include in titles of upcoming reports and articles for assigned industry banking teams. Include pre-identified keywords in page titles, header tags, URLs, and meta descriptions of report and article landing pages. Utilize Yoast SEO WordPress plugin to optimize each landing page prior to publishing.
+ Email Lead Gen Campaigns: Execute end-to-end email demand generation and prospect nurturing campaigns for all assigned banking teams, including sending emails on behalf of assigned bankers/RMs for reports/articles published, trade show appearances, deals announcements, and other touchpoints as needed.
+ Reporting: Provide assigned banking teams with in-depth campaign analytics reports on all completed email campaigns, including reporting on email KPIs, successes, failures, A/B Testing results, and other trends and statistics that can assist with optimizing future campaigns. Includes adding prospect direct replies to the firm CRM and creating referral records for sourcing reports.
+ Lead Processing: Assist with processing new inbound leads from various lead generation marketing activities as needed. This includes entering lead data into the firm CRM, enhancing the data to determine lead qualification status, and taking steps to ensure that all qualified leads are properly tagged in the CRM to indicate where they are in the sales funnel/business lifecycle, to ensure they receive customized content in the future based on needs.
+ Social Media Management: Create and publish posts on corporate social media accounts for assigned industry team activities including assisting with the development and production of content and creative graphic assets for postings, with the goal of increasing engagement with target audiences.
+ Quality Control: Accountable for the quality and accuracy of all email communications, social posts, website pages and other marketing and communication deliverables associated with marketing activities for assigned investment banking teams, including adherence to applicable compliance standards. Includes proofreading of marketing and communication deliverables for brand, style, and content edits, including email copy, website pages, and social posts, among other marketing collateral.
+ Graphic Design: Utilize Photoshop to prepare various digital assets for marketing campaigns, such as email, website and social post graphics, and digital deal tombstones.
+ Events: Oversee assigned baking team appearances at trade shows and partnership events. Assist with creating email marketing campaigns and social posts around select trade shows with the goal of generating meeting opportunities for bankers with potential prospects in attendance. For select, high profile trade shows, develop SEO-optimized landing pages to showcase our presence at the event and increase our search rankings for potential leads searching for show information. Includes entry of all trade show information into our Tradeshow & Event Calendar in our CRM.
+ Deal Announcements: Assist assigned banking teams with writing and publishing deal and transaction announcements in a timely manner, including using graphic design software to create digital tombstones for sharing in pitches and online.
+ Cross-Team Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with assigned industry teams and Market Intelligence Team on the timing of content for marketing campaign launches for assigned industry banking teams.
+ Data Quality: Responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all company and contact data entered into the CRM system.
+ Misc: Following general guidelines, and under direct supervision of the Demand & Lead Generation Manager, assist with other marketing-related assignments as needed. Regular contact with internal and external stakeholders is required to obtain, clarify, or provide facts and information.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in marketing or communications.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related demand marketing or lead generation role
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Expertise with marketing automation software required; Experience with HubSpot.
+ Experience with social media marketing for finance companies.
+ Excellent grammar, business writing, and oral communication skills.
