This role is ideal for a driven professional with a proven track record in commercial fleet sales and team leadership within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the commercial sales department
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and fleet customers
Oversee prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up processes
Collaborate with local businesses and municipalities to grow the dealership’s commercial client base
Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed commercial vehicle sales targets
Train, coach, and motivate the commercial sales team
Ensure proper inventory mix and coordinate with the manufacturer for commercial vehicle orders
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram commercial products and upfitting options
Accurately manage pricing, incentives, and financing options specific to commercial clients

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a commercial or fleet sales management role
Strong understanding of commercial vehicle applications, configurations, and upfitting

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Knowledge of FCA/Stellantis commercial programs is strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

The Driver, CDL delivers business materials to predetermined destinations.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Organize documentation and materials to be delivered; prepare and plan for each delivery run.

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:
