POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Pricing & Yielding Management:
- Maximize revenue through strategic and tactical pricing actions across the booking curve using RMS insights and manual review.
- Manage inventory levers including guaranteed cabins, group approvals, cabin reassignment, and paid upgrade programs (e.g., Plusgrade).
- Review and implement priority RMS recommendations daily to prevent demand spill or spoilage and to minimize revenue dilution.
- Calibrate RMS parameters regularly to ensure optimal pricing performance and demand responsiveness.
- Ensure pricing actions respond effectively to demand trends, competitive promotions, and system insights.
- Translate revenue outcomes and regional demand signals into actionable insights.

JOB TITLE: Senior Analyst, Customer, Contract, and Chargeback Operations
Location: Lawrence Township, NJ (50% onsite)

Summary:
The position supports all functional areas within P&CO, processing of chargebacks, customer classification and contracts. This includes day-to-day business support as well as design/enhancement/implementation/testing of any required business process or system modifications.
Responsibilities:
Monitor daily operations ensuring chargebacks are processed and appropriate payments are issued, including reconciliation of chargeback submissions and claim responses.
Analyze and interpret large data sets using Excel and other software applications to support business functions (e.g. load customer records), ensure reasonableness of data, identify trends and determine the root cause of issues.

Job Summary:
Performs costing and pricing process for new and existing customers. Manages customer pricing by leveraging best practices and methodology of the global proposal desk. Supports program management and customer management with quoting, cost reductions, price changes, analytics and profitability analyses.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Prepares timely and accurate quotes for customers leveraging the global proposal desk and ensuring all quotes are approved and comply with internal policies.
- Conducts quote review to ensure price accuracy and competitiveness of pre/post sales processes of assigned line cards.
- Contributes to strategic pricing decisions and creates pricing models to support customers.
- Prepare and maintain all customer price books and cost models including day-to-day operations of timely and accurate updating of quote tool(s) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Works with materials, sales, program management, supplier Business Development Managers (BDM), customer service, and finance to ensure best costs for customers.
- May prepare reports to ensure customer margin performance.
- Tracks all win/loss results and provides activity reports to sales team to identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Acquired and applies working knowledge of the organization, job, practices and procedures to be proficient in all aspects of job.
- Performs functions semi-routine in nature and recognizes the need for occasional alternative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze proposal pricing opportunities/requests as they are identified by the various segments within our operational units
- Work with and assist the proposal development team in determining pricing strategies for each opportunity that is selected for bid
- Develop cost/pricing models in MS EXCEL that are in-line with proposed strategies
- Produce cost and pricing volume in accordance with RFP requirement using Microsoft Excel and Word templates, supporting schedules and documentation for submission
- Create and maintain electronic folders to warehouse all information and correspondences related to proposal development and submission
- Participate in price negotiations as requested
- Support and maintain established corporate pricing policies and procedures
- Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000/year, DOE
Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in math, business or related field highly preferred
- 7+ years' experience performing similar duties in a government contracting environment
- Knowledge and experience with various pricing methodologies and complex pricing models for various contract types including firm fixed price, time and materials, and cost-plus, as well as working with a diverse range of customers, including commercial, federal agencies and DoD services
- Experience in interfacing with various levels of senior management
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and computer skills (especially MS Excel)
- Experience in using pivot tables, VLOOKUP
- Excellent oral, written communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with professional services or systems development proposals
- Experience with the FAR and understanding of the federal government acquisition process
- Ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally at all levels
