+ Veeva Project Management - general project management across the Corporate Communications (CC) leadership team (LT), e.g., helping to track with deliverables, plans, decks, etc.
+ Management of files on CC Teams channel - e.g., helping us archive and keep team-related items organized and up-to-date.
+ Uses intermediate to advanced software skills to perform assigned work. Uses and understands Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software, including Corporate Travel website (Domestic and International travel) and other programs.
+ Assist with entering and tracking media inquiries into department database.
+ Pull media articles, full text of stories, media monitoring reports, broadcast clips, etc.
+ Proficient at proofreading
+ Manage printing, binding and deliverables to C-Suite executives of CC materials o Support for hard copy pre-reads and CEO briefings
+ Consistently handles confidential or business-sensitive information
+ Coordinates new employee office setups and onboarding

This Marketing Communications Co-op position will work with the Avionics Smart Manufacturing team in the Cedar Rapids, IA facility. This position is for a Marketing student interested in learning internal marketing and visualization design principles. If selected, the employee will work directly with Smart Manufacturing leadership and engineers to become familiar with Industry 4.0 technologies and state of the art manufacturing techniques used to improve the production process.
Responsible for the development and execution of internal marketing strategies and campaigns. Manages digital communications, including video marketing, and the production and dissemination of technical publications.
**Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run May/June- December (including the Fall semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).**

Digital Marketing & Analytics

Requirements
Required Knowledge and Skills :

- Familiarity with market research and data-driven decision-making;
- Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following skill areas:
- Graphic Design using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software;

Required Experience :
- Five or more years of progressive experience in marketing, or
- Five or more years of progressive experience in communication, or

Sick Leave:
Edison State employees receive 3 weeks of sick leave each year which begins accruing on the employees first pay period.
Holiday Pay:
At the start of their employment employees are eligible to receive pay for the 11 holidays for which the campus is closed.
Tuition Waiver:
- Edison State employees receive 100% of their instructional fees waived for any Edison State courses they take.
- Dependents (spouse or children) of full time Edison State employees receive the same 100% waiver for Edison State course instructional fees and dependents of part time employees receive a partial waiver.
Tuition Reimbursement:
