**The Opportunity:**
As a Communication Support Specialist you will provide vital services in support of the TSA's mission of protecting the nation's air, rail, transit, and highway transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce. This partnership enables the TSA to continue serving approximately 1.9 million passengers every day at mass transit stations and airports nationwide.

As a Communication Support Specialist you will:
+ Develop and execute communication strategies for the Government client, ensuring content is tailored to internal and external audiences (HQ, field staff, etc.) using approved channels.
+ Coordinate daily communications, including memos, newsletters, emails, and event materials, to support client activities and maintain updated content.
+ Plan and facilitate knowledge-sharing events such as seminars, webinars, workshops, and conferences, ensuring alignment with client needs and target audiences.
+ Collaborate with program managers and team members to implement content strategies, expanding online/in-person learning and ensuring content remains current and relevant.
+ Maintain knowledge management systems by organizing documents, ensuring version control, and tracking tools for program/project management.
+ Ensure all communications and materials are tailored to the audience, follow Government/client formats, and adhere to best practices.

The Senior Communications Specialist or Communications Support Sr plays a critical role in equipping intra-governmental partners with the necessary information to support the planning, construction, and maintenance of physical components that enhance USBP and AMO's homeland security mission. Cybersecurity Engagement, Reporting, and Communication Support Services
The Office of Information Security (OIS) ensures the OCISO delivers quality cybersecurity services supported through stakeholder engagement, reporting, and documentation including presentation preparation. OIS leverages and keeps stakeholders engaged through communications such as departmental meetings and responses to data calls, institutional and program meetings, internal all hand interfaces, conferences, events, speaking engagements, interviews, boards, panels, reviews, reports, responses, briefings, and various ad-hoc activity requiring OCISO responses or presentations.
Responsibilities
+ Deliver services and support to the OCISO Communications and Engagement mission ensuring all OIS identified communications, reports, initiatives, released documentation, presentation resources, and related messaging are accurately and consistently developed, reviewed, conveyed, tracked, and stored to and for appropriate stakeholders - both internal and external to HHS.
+ Interface and track engagements with multiple stakeholders. Serco supports the US Navy as a prime for their Team Submarine contract supporting the acquisition of submarines. The Team Submarine concept unifies once diverse submarine-related activities into a single submarine-centric organization with the goal of eliminating traditional stovepipe structures and processes that created impediments and inefficiencies in the submarine research, development, acquisition, and maintenance communities. Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the overall success of the United States Submarine Force.
PMS450 oversees the design, construction, and delivery of the VIRGINIA Class Submarines. General Dynamics Electric Boat (EB) and Huntington Ingalls Industries-Newport News Shipbuilding (HHI- NNS) build the Virginia-Class submarines for the U.S.
IC systems in a submarine provide the means of maintaining contact, transmitting orders, and relaying indications of the condition of certain machinery or other parts of the ship, to and between various stations in the ship. Each of the systems is designed to perform a specific function such as transmission of voice, transmission of an indication of heat or pressure, the degree of rotation of some device, the open or closed state of a valve, or simple bell or light circuit. Others, such as the underwater log and compass, furnish vital navigational information.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Assess risk for technical decisions for IC Systems for VIRGINIA Class Ships.
+ Design and develop new IC systems and technologies focusing on interior communication systems, ship's speed and steering control systems, power generation and distribution systems, data conversion and distribution systems, aviation monitoring and landing aids, information and training systems, gyro navigation systems, electrical, electronic, fiber optic, hydraulic, mechanical, synchro and servo systems and environmental systems.
+ Interpret and analyze ship's blueprints and system interface diagrams.
+ Analyze and interpret test data, preparing technical reports and documentation.
+ Review, design drawings, shipboard systems diagrams, vendor drawings, calculations, test procedures/reports, technical manuals, and purchase technical documents to ensure specification compliance.
+ Review contract drawings, Government Furnished Information (GFI), Engineering Change Requests, and other Government data and correspondence for completeness and technical accuracy.
+ Provide technical direction and quality control for electrical engineering requirements on submarine IC systems.
+ Provide guidance and assistance in the development of training programs to support accomplishment on submarine IC and electrical components.
+ Conduct engineering studies and research in support of short and long term engineering projects on submarines.
+ Work with manufacturing processes to ensure production efficiency and quality.

**Qualifications**
**To be successful in this role, you will have:**

+ Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related Discipline.

The Celestar Corporation is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be seated in Dayton, OH . Please review the position description below. If interested and qualified, we welcome you to apply for this challenging opportunity.
CLEARANCE/ACCESS: Active Secret Level Clearance; Clearance must appear in DISS, and be within scope.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Records and file management
- Employee in- and out-processing
- Assist in managing DOD, DSS, and local office policies and programs.
- Support the field office chief in scheduling.
- Correspondence drafting and routing
- Travel planning (Defense Travel System (DTS))
- Conference room coordination
- Office equipment and supply inventory maintenance
- Government timecard program (DAI) management
- Receipt and routing of office mail/correspondence.
- Management of the task management (CATMS) system
- Assist in the execution of the office training program.
- Responsible for inputting and managing databases as directed.
- High School Graduate with two (2) years of administrative experience
- Active Secret Level Clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with the Defense Travel System and timekeeping management programs is a plus
