The Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office (PMW 790) is acquiring support services in the areas of production systems engineering, logistics, installation management, and integration/planning/requirements services for the architecture, integration, acquisition, and support of multiple shore and expeditionary Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) programs. PMW 790's mission is to acquire, integrate, deliver, and support interoperable shore-based C4I capabilities for the warfighter. PMW 790's vision is to be the preeminent provider of integrated shore-based transformational Network Centric Warfare capabilities to the warfighter by providing assured connectivity between tactical forces and higher commands. The overarching goal is to ensure C4I systems programmed for installation on Navy ships have matching shore facilities of appropriate capacity to support Fleet deployments worldwide. Our goal is to migrate the shore sites and their terrestrial interconnections into a coherent, scalable, network-centric communications and multiplexing fabric designed to optimize functionality by effecting improvements that both satisfy current shortfalls and, wherever possible, provide the building blocks for future C4I architecture.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Management Analyst develops and manages assigned client relationships in a manner consistent with policies and procedures, and schedules and facilitates program support meetings on the PMW 790 Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office Planning and Logistics Support Services contract. This position is located in San Diego, CA.
What You'll Do- Provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior-level executives.
- Deliver detail-oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies.
- Collaborate directly with the Lead project manager to support:
- Schedule management
- Tracking and reporting of key project statuses and metrics
- Maintenance of data integrity and databases
- Other administrative tasks
- Creates, maintains, navigates, and updates databases with relevant information.
- Analyzes and extracts critical mission data from databases to build and brief detailed reports for the government client.
- Reviews and identifies opportunities to process improve/automate business processes, SOPs, etc. for the team and client.
- Prepares multiple weekly deliverables to include tracking the status of current/future drawing developments to aid in ensuring tasks start on time and that various stakeholders are informed as the timeline progresses.
- Coordinates project status and actions with teams in different geographic locations.
- Prepares monthly reports to deliver status on all drawings under development for the contract to the government customer.
- Provides accurate and timely monthly inputs to the task tracking software employed by INDUS.
- Provides resource allocation information to the finance department on a biweekly basis.
- Coordinates and facilitates meetings, takes minutes, documents and distributes action items, and tracks action item progress.
- Performs various administrative tasks to include:
- Organizational chart development
- Workflow development
- Review/develop reports, briefs, standard operation procedures (SOPs), handbooks and manuals.
- Bid and proposal support if requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
- HS Diploma required.
- Three (3) years of experience providing shore installation program management support within the Department of Navy or comparable government agencies; at least two (2) years of experience directly supporting a program management office (PMO) or similar organization.
- Proficiency with MS PowerPoint software and able to build and alter briefs from conceptual inputs.
- Proficiency with MS Excel software (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat to include being able to edit, organize, change, create, and export PDF documents.
- Familiarity with MS Project scheduling a plus to analyze available labor resources and coordinate the charging outline to the task project coordinator.
- Knowledge of scheduling practices to include critical path scheduling, scope creep, slack time.
- Experience within NAVWAR System Center Command, Program Executive Office (PEO) Command Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) or related Department of Navy (DON) organization performing system engineering development, design, installation, testing analysis, and integration assignments.
- Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Our client is located right in Seymour and is a fairly large company with 160 employees strong. They are a woman owned U.S. based electronics services provider. They service a variety of industries including defense, medical, telecom, and industrial market sectors by creating both simple and complex circuit boards that go into their numerous clients products. They are currently seeking a Program Management Analyst who possess the dexterity and hand eye coordination to be successful within their team.

- Enters requests for quotes from prospects into the ERP system
- Follows up on quotes with internal Program Management team
- Delivers analysis and reports on quoting and revenue operations activity
- Prepares customer quarterly business review presentations for the Program Management team
- Supports Program Managers on assigned accounts as required
- Assists Program Managers with scheduling and customer account updates (e.g. invoicing, sales order report, AR summary, scrubbing excess, stencils, etc.)
- Manages and updates the database for all customer terms & conditions and quality clauses
- Assists production with scheduling and generates KPI metrics
- Assists Program Managers with commercial items including excess and no demand inventory and commercial cost recoveries and cost assertion claims
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is desirable.
- 3-5 years' experience in sales and/or marketing is desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing automation software is desirable
- Experience using social media platforms for business outreach preferred is desirable
