Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture, this role has two scopes:

People & Culture Business Partner - P&C Function - Partner with P&C leaders to strengthen our team's capabilities, structure, and talent. Enterprise Culture Transformation - Work with leaders across the business to embed a more performance-oriented, results-focused culture.

This role combines strategic partnership, hands-on program delivery, and the use of analytics to drive both functional excellence and cultural change.

What you will do.

Part 1: People & Culture Business Partner - P&C Function

Lead Delivery of Key Talent Processes for P&C

  • Partner with P&C leaders on talent strategies, performance management, talent/succession planning, and skills development.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance impact.
  • Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.

Employee Experience & Leadership Support

What you bring to the table.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.

  • Proven ability to connect people strategies to measurable business results.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$11,400- 160,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. This role provides the opportunity to further develop these skills through their application in scalable, automated settings and across a diverse therapeutic portfolio of target identification programs. -Maintain mammalian cell cultures and prepare cells for experiments, including passaging and plating of cell lines, as well as occasional work with primary or iPSC-derived cells or other complex in vitro models. -Prepare reagents for maintaining cell cultures in automated systems. -Prepare reagents for conducting assays both on and off automated platforms. -Support assay development efforts as needed. - Execute wet-lab protocols for assays involving high-parameter endpoints, including operating endpoint equipment such as high-content imaging and plate readers in both automated and non-automated settings. - Utilize liquid handling units, including plate washers and high-precision dispensers, to automate wet lab protocols. - Ensure stocks of reagents and consumables are maintained; facilitate ordering and stocking when required. - Maintain an electronic laboratory notebook in compliance with local business rules and procedures. - Comply with Health and Safety procedures to ensure personal well-being and product quality. - Assist with the preparation of SOPs, Risk Assessments, and best practice guides. Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Cell Culture Technician to join our growing team. This full-time hybrid position involves hands-on work with primary cells, tumor cells, and stem cells, supporting quality control, troubleshooting, and laboratory operations. The role is directly supported by a Senior Scientist , ensuring strong guidance, technical oversight, and opportunities for professional growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform independent cell culture, passage, expansion, and cryopreservation of primary, tumor, and stem cells.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory systems, equipment, and instruments while ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Collect, analyze, and report daily work data with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Participate in drafting, learning, and implementing SOPs and laboratory management systems.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Medical Science, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in aseptic techniques and cell biology laboratory operations; prior experience in in vitro tumor cell culture preferred.
  • Strong scientific research background with ability to effectively search and master experimental methods in both English and Chinese.
  • Passion for laboratory work, with a positive attitude and strong execution skills.
  • Availability to start promptly is highly desirable.
