People & Culture Business Partner - P&C Function - Partner with P&C leaders to strengthen our team's capabilities, structure, and talent. Enterprise Culture Transformation - Work with leaders across the business to embed a more performance-oriented, results-focused culture.
This role combines strategic partnership, hands-on program delivery, and the use of analytics to drive both functional excellence and cultural change.
What you will do.
Part 1: People & Culture Business Partner - P&C Function
Lead Delivery of Key Talent Processes for P&C
- Partner with P&C leaders on talent strategies, performance management, talent/succession planning, and skills development.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance impact.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
Employee Experience & Leadership Support

What you bring to the table.

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$11,400- 160,200Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. - Perform independent cell culture, passage, expansion, and cryopreservation of primary, tumor, and stem cells.
- Operate and maintain laboratory systems, equipment, and instruments while ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Collect, analyze, and report daily work data with accuracy and timeliness.
- Participate in drafting, learning, and implementing SOPs and laboratory management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Medical Science, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Proficiency in aseptic techniques and cell biology laboratory operations; prior experience in in vitro tumor cell culture preferred.
- Strong scientific research background with ability to effectively search and master experimental methods in both English and Chinese.
- Passion for laboratory work, with a positive attitude and strong execution skills.
- Availability to start promptly is highly desirable.
