Morgan Stanley at Work provides a comprehensive offering to Nonqualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) plan sponsors and executive/plan participants. NQDC offers oversight and recommendations to plan sponsors in the design and administration of NQDC plans, including funding optimization strategies. Morgan Stanley at Work also creates NQDC education materials and provides financial wellness through Financial Advisors to assist executives with implementing holistic and tax efficient wealth management strategies across their assets.
Position SummaryThe NQDC Funding & Analysis AVP will work with proprietary tools to conduct decision support analysis in support of clients' selection of informal funding investments for their NQDC plans. This will include estimating cash flow and earnings for various investment options including Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI). The AVP will be expected to produce polished client facing exhibits to be incorporated in presentations delivered by the NQDC plan consulting team.
In addition, the AVP will be expected to continuously evaluate our analytical methodologies and proprietary tools to suggest opportunities to improve and optimize them.
Responsibilities- Conduct cash flow and earnings analysis of potential investment alternatives to informally fund NQDC plans
- Work with sales and consulting stakeholders to understand corporate clients' strategy and objectives as it pertains to funding their NQDC plans
- Develop polished client facing exhibits to be delivered by NQDC plan consulting and sales team members
- Prioritize and project manage pipeline of client decision support projects
- Continuously evaluate analytical methodologies and proprietary tools to suggest opportunities to improve them including presenting findings to management
- Implement approved upgrades to proprietary tools
- Support internal department initiatives to track clients and monitor carrier partner information as well as responding to ad-hoc requests
- College degree required. 5-7 years of relevant financial services industry or related experience with a focus on Nonqualified Deferred Compensation plans
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Executive Benefits consulting industry experience preferred
- Life insurance product knowledge with COLI background preferred
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects across functional groups

FOR NYC POSITIONS ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $35,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
FOR DENVER POSITIONS ONLY:
Salary range for the position: 85,000 - 135,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component. The contributions you will makeThis position plays a critical role in shaping Compeers client understanding, competitive positioning, and strategic focus. A typical day- Leads development and implementation of Compeers enterprise research agenda.
- Oversees primary research efforts including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing.
- Manages Compeer Collective, the enterprises client insight panel.
- Oversees NPS and OSAT measurement and ensures proper survey methodologies are used.
- Partners with Marketing, Business Units, and Client Experience teams to gather actionable feedback across the client journey.
- Guides segmentation, persona development, and journey mapping initiatives to support omnichannel strategy.

What Youll Do
Its an exciting time at McMaster-Carr with construction underway for a regional headquarters in Fort Worth a modern, automated distribution facility that will help support Texas customers with the excellent service and innovative solutions that define our company.
We are looking for curious, self-starters to support the identification, onboarding, and ongoing support of a diverse customer base. In this role, you will take ownership of the sales development for a region of Texas, identifying potential customers and supporting initial outreach efforts.

Cash Compensation
Total cash compensation ranges from 106,000 - 119,000 annually, which includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.

Principal Accountabilities And Functions
Assists in aggregating and analyzing internal and external data to help make data-driven recommendations to improve the member experience, increase member value, increase product/service usage, and enhance earnings/profitability
Develops member segmentation models and target lists for marketing promotions and campaigns
Provides ad-hoc modeling and analysis, including member research, market sizing, economic analysis, statistical analysis, and competitive research to support various projects, product/service recommendations and strategic initiatives
Creates, manages, analyzes and reports on member surveys and focus groups
Measures the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Conducts research to determine the probability of a product or service's success
Partners with marketing and business units to determine promotional objectives
Analyzes and provides insights on key consumer trends and preferences
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
BS in marketing, mathematics/statistics or related field
2-5 years of experience in marketing, market research or data analysis
Financial Services And/or Credit Union Experience Preferred
Proven Market Research Analysis experience
Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.)
Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
Ability to collect pertinent data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions, as well as formulate ideas and recommendations.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Deep understanding of evolving consumer preferences
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with marketing technology and software (Hubspot, SalesForce, Adobe Marketing Cloud)
Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and Power BI
Ability to prioritize tasks and complete daily job assignments.
Ability to work with external sources to conduct research.
Ability to present self professionally and to work effectively with outside vendors and research networks.
Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
Be a self-starter who is continuously learning to develop new and improve existing knowledge and skills.
Has knowledge of and adheres to credit union policies and procedures and all regulations related to the bank Secrecy Act, the USA Patriot Act and OFAC.
Working Conditions
Ability to work the hours needed which may extend beyond the defined work schedule when operating conditions dictate.
