**Job Description**

+ Serve as the primary compensation subject matter expert and strategic advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
+ Lead the strategic design, implementation, and continuous evolution of compensation strategies and programs for supply chain operations, ensuring the effective integration and application of engineer labor standards and best practices to drive competitive, equitable, and performance-driven compensation models across the distribution network
+ Develop and deliver training and communication materials to educate leaders and employees on the company's compensation philosophy, and programs.
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compensation professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
+ Manage key HR strategic projects including acquisition integrations, technology deployment and other network wide initiatives.
+ Keep apprised of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance and establish appropriate internal controls
+ Partner with Finance, Legal, Field HR and other Human Resources Centers of Excellence to develop highly efficient operational processes.

This person will be responsible for supporting the management, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation and total reward programs, ensuring the programs are competitive to market and support the companys compensation goals. On a day to day basis this person will support the Senior Compensation Analyst and the Total Rewards Manager in the design, analysis, and administration of the company's compensation programs. **Compensation**
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $150,720 to $86,200 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

New York City: 180,720 to 343,560

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

We are seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to work as an integral part of Optiv's Human Resources Compensation team. This individual will report to the Manager, Compensation and will provide support for a wide range of compensation projects and programs.
**How you'll make an impact**
+ Leads and performs a full scope of activities associated with the development and administration of compensation programs.
+ Designs and maintains salary structures for US, Canada and India. Ages structures and slots new roles as needed.
+ Manages small to medium size projects in areas such as annual incentive administration, Annual Compensation Review (ACR), communications and training, and market survey analysis.
+ Serves as a consultant to the organization from an education, market benchmarking, reporting and analytical perspective.
+ Partners with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders to identify and address current and emerging total compensation trends, issues and any pay concerns, including internal equity.

+ Administers job profile and survey data creation and maintenance within Workday.
+ Develops and prepares in-depth compensation reporting/analytics and provides support for ad-hoc reporting requests from HR Partners and Business Leaders.
+ Reviews and advises on proposed salary and incentive compensation changes for new and current employees.
+ Leads the Annual Compensation Review (ACR) planning process, implementation, and communications.

**What we're looking for**
