Supports basic project management for technical and process improvement projects.
Responsibilities include:
o Responds independently, to call or email customers to provide follow up on difficult to moderately complex inquiries.
o Works on documentation and solves difficult to moderately complex customer issues/requests/complaints in accordance to established procedures, and when required, redirects queries to appropriate department or personnel.
o Obtains and collects feedback from product development and service departments to confirm the most appropriate sources of materials and secondary sources of information that can be recommended to customers to answer their questions.
o Assists in the maintenance of databases containing information on customer interactions and transactions to facilitate future needs in data collection and consolidation. o Generates documentation and solves customer issues/requests/complaints in accordance with procedures, and when required, redirects queries to appropriate department or personnel.
o Manages and maintains a record of customer interactions or transactions; records details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken to facilitate future needs in trainings and improvements in customer services.
o Confers with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or other personnel to provide world-class customer service.
o Promote products/services to ensure business targets are met.
o Provide after-sales support for client contracts to ensure customers satisfactions are met.
o Performs duties related to overall customer service.

We are seeking a dedicated Framing Project Manager to join our construction subcontractor team, specializing in commercial wood framing for multi-family, senior living, and student housing projects. This role will contribute significantly to our projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
Responsibilities
+ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives.
+ Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
+ Oversee the execution of design, pre-construction, construction, and potentially operations and maintenance contracts.
+ Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and all project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Essential Skills
+ Previous work experience in framing construction.
+ Commercial construction experience.

+ Prior experience as Assistant Project Manager (APM) or Project Manager (PM).
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
+ Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Office) for project management, scheduling, and documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ OSHA 30-Hour Certification.

Work Environment
The role requires onsite presence at project sites, with 25% of projects located in the DMV area and 75% down south (GA, FL, NC, SC). Travel accommodations are offered, including a car allowance and gas card. Projects average $ million.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is 57.69 - 84.13/hr.

What is worse than working on a project that no one seems to care about or no one seems to know how it will benefit the company? How do you feel as a CFO watching funds gobbled up by someones pet project when the company is struggling to meet its strategic goals? Sound familiar? Well, your company isnt the only one doing this. Today, were embarking on a mission to boldly align your projects with the companys strategic goals, ensuring your work sets the course for success, not a galactic disaster.
Align or Drift? Buckle Up, Its Logical.Imagine youre building a spaceship. You wouldnt haphazardly throw on engines, thrusters, and a disco ball all willy-nilly, right? Of course not!
