Manage the cGMP compliance at site focusing on Quality Systems, processes, procedures and controls ensuring that the cGMP documentation and records conforms to established standards and in compliance to regulatory requirements.
**Area Of Responsibility**
+ Implement and manage the records in electronic Quality Systems, such as QMS, EDMS, and LMS, etc. providing procedures and training for employees to effectively use the electronic Quality Systems
+ Supervise the QA Documentation department in the creation, issuance, maintenance, archiving, and storage of cGMP and cGXP controlled documentation and records
+ Manage electronic document processing, retrieval, and distribution systems (EDMS), electronic learning management system (LMS), electronic Quality Management System (TrackWise), etc.
+ Administer document and system access rights and revision control to ensure security of system and integrity of master documents
+ Lead Monthly Quality Review Board (QRB) meetings, Quality Investigation Board (QIB)
+ Supervise the creation of an annual training calendar and other training initiatives at the site
+ Provide expertise and input to other functional areas affecting controlled documents and records
+ Assist with FDA and other compliance audits including corporate audits and vendor audits.
+ Facilitate and follow up with stakeholders with regard to responses to audit observations
+ Prepare annual internal audit schedule and perform execution of the same.
+ Oversee site vendor management program including performing annual vendor risk assessment
+ Oversee harmonization efforts between corporate and plant Quality procedures and policies
+ Provide QA review of Annual Product Reviews (APRs) to identify trends and recommend CAPA as needed
+ Provide QA review of quality events such as unplanned/planned deviations and change controls
+ Participate in investigation team efforts to determine root cause for critical quality events and recommend appropriate CAPA
+ Develop presentation materials for upper management to disseminate on the topics of quality issues, QMSinitiatives, and related projects
+ Participate in Regional Quality related projects and initiatives, acting as an point of contact with corporate activities and projects.
+ Issuance of Quality Alerts, coordinate with Corporate Quality team for FAR/Recall as per procedures

Heres what were looking for:

Additional Information: You will join an exciting and ever-changing industry with a minimum 12-week internship with our team. This opportunity is full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer of 2026. Positions in Risk Management lead the development of credit, operational, enterprise, and fraud policies designed to profitably grow the portfolio, while ensuring excellent customer experience. This position is part of Credit and Fraud Risk Organization, focused on New Accounts Underwriting. The role brings an exciting opportunity to define the underwriting policies, onboarding process and cross-selling to existing customers. Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for new accounts decisions for US Card Products from a risk perspective - this includes analytics, strategy, and capabilities, across new accounts and existing customers.
- Drive Core Underwriting risk strategies to determine approval and decline decisions for customer applications leveraging core risk infrastructure include risk models, lending capabilities and bureau information.
- Evaluate additional data sources to drive incremental approvals around the margins
- Partner with marketing partners and targeting teams to harmonize underwriting and targeting.
- Monitor and analyze new accounts credit trends and perform analyses to inform risk management and business strategies.
- Work with and influence Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to design and implement critical initiatives that enable prudent and profitable growth while controlling for through-the-cycle volatility.
- Ensure control, compliance, and operational risk mitigation in all processes and design for a streamlined user experience across customer touch points.
- Lead, engage, and inspire a team of high performing risk management professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or Computer Science

POSITION PURPOSE: Support the Risk Management Department in protecting the Company's assets, associates and customers from insurable risk of loss through the management of insurance underwriting data, loss control, claims handling, and safety technical support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist with managing to completion and in a precise/timely manner, workers' compensation, general liability, marine, and property claims and maintain the physical files for all claims.
- Obtain certificates of insurance upon request (maximum time - 2 work days).
- Ensure all renewed insurance policies have the correct certificates - worldwide.
- Direct communication with the worldwide insurance brokers and GUESS? associates for accuracy and timeliness of delivery for all certificates.
- Maintain a complete library, by year and coverage, of the certificates on the shared drive.
- Collect and maintain the information on Origami (Risk Management Information System) for the Schedule of Values(SOV) required for the worldwide property and casualty programs.
- Ensure the SOV is kept current by tracking store openings and closures.
- Obtain values and COPE information for of any new warehouses/locations and report to insurance broker immediately.
- Make up and submit required quarterly audits to the brokers after review with Sr. Director and Workers Compensation - WC/Safety Manager.
- Maintain and complete accurate records on all insurance renewals
- Assist with the development and maintenance of budget forecasts.
- Perform key administrative functions to increase the productivity of the department such as but not limited to: process all invoices in a timely/accurate and complete manner, check invoices against approved charges, track invoices both manually and online, work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain schedules to reflect causation, amounts, and allocation for various safety issues.
- Support the quarterly actuarial analysis and to maintain SOX compliance, review of loss runs for all lines of insurance.
- Use sound judgment to analyze and develop risk reducing recommendations based on technical skills and experience.

As part of the Credit and Fraud Risk organization, the US Commercial Collections Strategy team is responsible for managing credit policies for delinquent and written-off accounts and developing best-in-class collection tools like financial relief program or a late stage collection strategy. These strategies and tools directly impact business profitability through improved credit performance and collections results. The team is also responsible for ensuring on-going monitoring and improvement of credit and collection processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
You will work in a team responsible for developing and deploying new credit actions for accounts in delinquency and credit collection process, financial relief program (FRP) or managing critical processes like settlement tools and strategy, customer crisis recovery (CCR). You will also be responsible for ensuring on-going monitoring and improvement of credit and collections processes and policies.
- Manage the Financial Relief Program to maximize the collection benefit across global commercial portfolios
- Develop efficient and differentiated contact strategy, embracing 'digital first' mindset
- Monitor key matrices cancellation, write offs, spin down rates and recoveries and provide analytical insights to explain trends
- Provide independent decisions by combining data driven facts and intuition on case by case basis for special collections scenarios
- Understand Competitive and macro-economic landscape and proactively identify opportunities in AXP portfolios
- Enhance Term loans strategies through deep understanding of merchant needs, payment behavior and portfolio analytics
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. GSG Strategy, Operation, Compliance, and Legal) to implement risk strategies and ensure best-in-class customer services
- Build the next generation customer management capabilities that can integrate the card and non-card portfolios to drive synergy and efficiency
