Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile compounded medications in compliance with USP <797>, USP <800>, and cGMP regulations
- Maintain sterility through aseptic technique, gowning, and ISO-classified cleanroom procedures
- Review prescriptions and compound records for therapeutic accuracy and patient safety
- Oversee and verify sterile production, documentation, and labeling
- Perform final product verification and release (when authorized)
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and continuous quality improvement processes

Requirements
- PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Active Texas Pharmacist License (multi-state licensure a plus)

- Proficiency with laminar flow hoods, aseptic gowning, and cleanroom operations
