Requirements

**Position Schedule:** **Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm**
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Perform sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations including USP 797 and USP 800
+ Maintain competency related to performing sterile compounding
+ Participate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, including medication and supply ordering, receiving and maintenance
+ Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to compounding
+ Participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile compounding including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning requirements
+ Work within a team to triage and respond to all compounding needs promptly
+ Maintain ongoing didactic and practical training related to sterile compounding

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 1+ years of consistent sterile compounding experience
