Responsibilities:

• CyberArk patches and upgrades. Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends and best practices to enhance the security posture.
• Work on SOP for transitioning IAM operations to MSP. Work on the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of IAM solutions. Work with partners to ensure deliverable, responsibility and service are meeting business goals, and compliance requirements.
• Migration of Splunk to cloud. Work closely with cross functional teams to integrate various data sources and event logs from Antivirus, network intrusion detection and prevention, vulnerability management and endpoint protection into Security Incident Event Management system, correlate security events for threat detection and prevention, create playbooks for automatic incident response using existing cybersecurity solutions, and established procedures and frameworks.
• Configure Network and perform documentation activities. Document code, processes, configuration, policy, tuning, troubleshooting, patching and security measures to maintain a clear record of cybersecurity implementations.

Position Overview:

The Computer Systems Analyst supports the JID-TC responsibilities at Fort Bragg, NC, as the JCS proponent for the Joint Tactical Operations (JTO) Interface Training Program, with the objective of ensuring that operational forces can exploit the full capability of JTO Interface Systems. Support covers the full range of functions required to plan, develop, coordinate and manage the JTO training program to include courseware development and world-wide formal academic training and joint exercise support to support joint, allied and coalition air and ground forces in the employment of JTO Interface capabilities. Annually conduct approximately 30 Joint/U.S. Training Courses (CONUS and OCONUS) producing approximately 2000 graduates, and 30 Allied Training Courses (OCONUS) producing approximately 500 graduates for 10 allied nations.

Specific Skillset

• Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware

• Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues

• Updating virus protection software to keep data and communications protected

• Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on demand or from inspection of the systems

• SharePoint development

• Web development: HTML, CSS, SQL

• Problem management and critical and strategic thinking abilities

• Client management, particularly in the areas of data flow and migration

• Reviewing website interface and software stability.

Requirements

Education & Certifications

• Associate’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.

• Must have CompTIA Security+ Certification.

Experience Requirements

• 4 or more years of related experience in an IT support organization with 100+ users and technical experience within systems administration.

• Prior experience working as a SharePoint developer

• Experience with Web development: HTML, CSS, SQL
