Job Description
The role is responsible for providing frontline technical support to internal end users, ensuring continuity of services within a regulated biorepository and laboratory environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical owner of infrastructure platforms including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, VMware vSphere, AWS cloud workloads (EC2, RDS, IAM), and enterprise storage (PowerScale, FlashBladeE).
- Proactively maintain, improve, and optimize infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability.
- Lead the planning and execution of upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management activities.
- Ensure systems meet all applicable security and regulatory standards (HIPAA, FDA, FISMA/NIST, GDPR) through hardening, access controls, and patch management.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting across infrastructure layers (compute, storage, network, cloud).
- Support and enhance backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Expert-level proficiency in:
- Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
- Active Directory (design, security, GPO management)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to support the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of our Global Portal. This role will partner closely with Product Management, IT, Operations, and Business Stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that drive exceptional digital experiences for our customers.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in end-to-end process mapping, requirements gathering and documentation, and translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and use cases. The Sr. BA will play a pivotal role across the solution lifecycle-from ideation to implementation, testing, training, and post-launch support.
Key Responsibilities
+ Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, process analysis, and existing system reviews.

Job Description

The Enrollment Management Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting strategic operations and optimization of the Enrollment Management (EM) Division’s systems tools, including Technolutions Slate. This individual will be a member of the EM Systems team and will provide support in day-to-day maintenance of the undergraduate Slate instance, enhancing and expanding the use of tools for admissions and recruitment efforts. Specifically, the ideal candidate will have experience building and managing portals. This individual will also support high-quality execution of projects, including workflow and documentation builds.

The primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• General Slate Maintenance: Assist in the creation and refining of existing rules, forms, automation, and associated queries; play a role in the updating of assets for annual Cycle Prep. Manage existing processes for ongoing record maintenance.

• Portal Development: Assist in the development, maintenance and updating of custom Slate portals that provide a seamless user experience for both internal users, prospective students, and external stakeholders (e.g. parents/guardians/families).

• Application & Workflows Support: Assist in building, revising, and maintaining Slate-hosted applications, as well as workflows related to application reviews and pre-college programs.

• Dataset Management: Maintain and optimize Slate datasets such as Organizations and Organization Contacts, ensuring data accuracy and clear processes for ongoing maintenance.

Compensation Range

In compliance with the New Jersey Wage Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $61,700.00 - $84,300.00. This range represents the University’s good faith estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. **Compensation**
+ $87,000 - 120,000
+ This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans

**Job Summary:**
Our team is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join the Enterprise Functions Technology team supporting Liquidity Risk management projects and BAU work efforts. The successful candidate must be able to deliver while managing multiple project timelines and risks.
**Responsibilities:**
Depending on the project assignment, responsibilities may include some or all, but are not limited to:
+ Work with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
+ Able to understand the business problem and provide efficient short-term and/or long-term solutions.
+ Data analysis skills and understanding of financial domain data to enable documentation of data requirements and report requirements.
+ Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end solution implementations.
+ Work with offshore team and assist in managing their deliverables.
+ Participate in Projects with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders: Planning to User Acceptance planning and testing (UAT), to Solution Go-Live.
+ Clearly articulate and document business and data requirements.
+ Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.
+ Able to coordinate with multiple departments to build and maintain relationships.
+ Engage with Subject Matter Experts to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing or purchasing systems.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 3 years of related work experience in business systems analysis, application development, and/or application and business process support
+ Prior experience working in major bank/financial institution preferred, specifically in liquidity reporting
+ Problem resolution experience requiring strong analytical skills, good judgment, and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
+ Strong capability of working both collaboratively and independently to meet tight filing deadlines, and flexibility in handling moving targets.
+ Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under time pressure and handle several tasks/projects at the same time.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel
+ Skill in managing stakeholders' needs and expectations
+ Excellent verbal and written communication
**Preferred:**
+ Working understanding of bank products and liquidity regulatory reporting (FR2052a, LCR)
+ Programming experience in MS Excel and VBA or other object orientated programming
+ SQL experience is a plus
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or relevant industry certifications. Equivalent work experience is equally preferable.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $102K - $124K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
