The **Condition Monitoring Engineer** at RWE performs routine analysis of vibration, lubrication, and SCADA data to identify issues within operational assets - with a focus on wind turbine drivetrains. **Role Responsibilities:**
+ Perform data analysis on drivetrain vibration, lubrication, and SCADA data to identify issues and failures. Perform turbine reliability, technical and root cause analysis
+ Notify site operations of issues and failures, and monitor these issues through resolution
+ Support takeover of condition monitoring systems from OEM to RWE control at end of warranty
+ Support multiple on-line turbine condition monitoring software and hardware platforms. Define parameters, alarm levels, and set-ups on a fleet level basis. Troubleshoot these systems as needed
+ Give support to regional Operations and Maintenance teams about faults, reliability, and technical issues detected and the recommended actions
+ Perform site visits to support site operations
+ Issue ad-hoc reports for non-standard analysis requests
+ Establish and maintain commonly used databases for e.g. component failures, component kinematic data etc.

**Job Requirements and Experiences:**
+ Degree in Engineering, Physics or Mathematics from an accredited university or college. In lieu of STEM degree, 5 years O&M experience may be substituted
+ Category II Certification in Vibration Analysis following ISO18436 or equivalent
+ Minimum 2 years of engineering experience with minimum of 18 months of experience in Vibration & Condition Monitoring
+ Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to manage customer relationships
+ Demonstrated desire to learn about the Company and the renewables space

Position Overview:
This entry level position is responsible for accurately assessing, documenting and maintaining the status and appearance of Carvana's wholesale inventory. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

This position will proactively support GP Rental fleet by analyzing Product Link fault codes, oil sample results, machine inspection reports, equipment repair history and providing reports and recommendations based on this analysis to the GP Rental Asset Management team .
Essential Duties
Provide real-time monitoring and health status updates for more than 2000 machines that are currently connected in the GP Rental Fleet
Diagnose codes and alerts to provide emergency recommendations to branch managers regarding equipment health to make informed decisions on pulling machines out of the fleet for proactive repairs
Utilize the Caterpillar Foresight Platform to process alerts and direct to necessary branches
Consult with Asset Manager and Asset Coordinator regarding equipment management strategies such as advice, recommendations, compare & contrast, etc.
Create monthly machine health trends based on service reports, inspection data, oil sample results, and machine fault codes, to better understand machine lifecycles
Proactively work with service groups to fix minor maintenance issues to prevent downtime and maximize utilization
Self-motivated with the ability to maintain daily routines and adapt to changing conditions Must be able to think outside the box , visualize the big picture, and build cases based upon limited clues

Minimum Requirements
Education :
An associates/technical degree with three years' experience in construction services and/or parts operations or a high school diploma with five years' experience in construction services and/or parts operations

**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Senior Property Condition Assessor, you will prepare complex Property Condition Reports and note deficiencies observed by a professional in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Conduct walk-through surveys to assess the condition of the property. Areas include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, structure and foundations, interiors and exteriors; etc.
+ This job is part of the Valuation function. They are responsible for inspecting and determining the values of land, property, and businesses.
+ Interview property owners, occupants, and other key members to collect information.
+ Review repair costs, occupancy, maintenance, and inspection reports.
+ Collect photographs of property systems and their condition for observation.
+ Prepare estimated costs for large repairs and improvements.
+ Act as an authority for specialties needed.
+ Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
+ Possess a wide understanding of own job field and some understanding of several job fields within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
