Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a **Principal Test Conductor/Test Conductor** - Global Hawk Lab Test Director to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Test and Evaluation Organization. This role is located in San Diego, CA.
In this role, you will oversee the operational aspects of engineering tests and serves as and is responsible for managing the design, development, and implementation of new lab capabilities, in addition to the planning, operations and maintenance of the Global Hawk Lab. The position requires technical knowledge of various systems, design, development, implementation, and testing with a strong foundation in laboratory integration and test. The selected candidate must act with speed, guide others in producing quality work, be self-motivated, and have the ability to communicate complex technical issues and solutions. A successful track record of program performance, and test experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Driving process rigor, ensure compliance to meet company, program, and security requirements
+ Driving technical and process rigor for lab configuration
+ Tracking leading indicator technical metrics to detect and prevent issues
+ Ensure lab assets meet test requirements for formal testing
+ Continually coordinate lab status and issues and solutions with the IPT and across IPTs

Our Tactical Space Systems Division Integration and Test group is seeking an **Test Conductor (Integration and Test)** to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals in Gilbert, AZ. You will have the opportunity to design, develop, and execute test procedures and automated test scripts using spacecraft commands, telemetry, and electrical ground support equipment. The ideal candidate has system level test experience working with spacecraft flight hardware and good computer skills. Daily responsibilities will require test preparation leading to direct contact with satellite and space flight hardware. Candidate must be able to tackle issues utilizing skills obtained in the field of electrical engineering, or a related discipline, preferably as it relates to system level integration and test. Required skills include the ability to communicate clearly, and to use critical thinking in troubleshoot of problems. The ability to use a scripting language and formulate automated test scripts is highly desirable. International travel to support launch campaigns may be required. Shift and weekend work to support testing will be required periodically.

- Extensive experience as an opera conductor, with a minimum of 8-10 years of professional conducting experience in leading opera companies.
- A comprehensive knowledge of operatic repertoire from Baroque to contemporary periods.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex musical passages with clarity and interpretive depth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and connect with artists.
- A degree in Music, Conducting, or a related field; a Master's or Doctoral degree is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively within artistic departments.
- A profound passion for the art form and a commitment to artistic excellence.
- Fluency in relevant operatic languages is advantageous.
