The Account Manager - Oil & Gas position will be responsible for identifying and driving new business within the oil & gas market to achieve both sales and profitability budget while increasing Fujifilm's market share for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) products and services. These objectives should be attained through diligent individual efforts and working closely with established and potential customers, Fujifilm distributor network and other NDT account managers.

**Duties and responsibilities**
+ Engage in the business development of Fujifilm's non-destructive testing products within the oil & gas market.
+ Initiate the sale of all NDT Products within the assigned channel, by means of, and not limited to regularly scheduled visits and continued communication with established customers, potential new customers and the distributor network to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales & profitability targets.
+ Using industry contacts establish a solid and trusting relationship both horizontally and vertically with strategic customers, targets, distributors and industry network.
+ Coordinate team resources to secure business and solve problems as necessary taking the lead throughout the bidding, proposal and negotiation process in developing new business opportunities.
+ Engage in effective commercial negotiations to secure long term business agreements with current and new business targets.
+ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in order to deliver expansion, market share growth and success.
+ Maintain ongoing communication and provide the necessary support to service both the customer and distributor network within the channel regarding all pertinent account matters.
+ Increase sales demand by making effective use of marketing and sales programs with the presentation and demonstration of NDT products in the Oil & Gas market.
+ Manage and maintain forecasting and customer purchasing schedules.
+ Initiate the access of, or use of, our technical staff for exposure information, problem solving and product testing at current and potential customers.
+ Communicate with Manager and provide statistical and technical information for both Fujifilm brand and competitive products on a regular basis to include and not limited to market trends and research, competitive activity, product performance, pricing discounts and strategies.
+ Be familiar with all competitive products and be able to offer a general and technical comparison during sales presentation.
+ Able to perform and complete items in accordance with a scheduled timetable to include and not limited to sales tracking, maintaining current and target account list, contract negotiations and agreements, forecasting, weekly & monthly reporting, performance evaluation and expense reports.
+ Performs special projects, tasks and studies as may be requested by management.
+ Be willing to attend and represent Fujifilm NDT upon request at trade shows, sales / training seminars and industry meetings.
+ Representative should strive to create, develop and maintain good rapport with management, co-workers and distributor network exhibiting teamwork and being available to assist out of territory whenever necessary.
+ Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in related technical field or accredited NDT certification, or equivalent NDT work experience within the Oil and Gas industry.
+ Minimum 5 years' sales and customer management experience.
+ Understanding and network within the NDT oil & gas testing and inspection industry.
+ Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business.
+ Strong negotiation skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter and a people person.
+ Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
+ Ability to multi-task and able to function well within a fast-paced environment.
+ Familiarity in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
**Physical requirements**
The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed capabilities.
+ The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time.
+ The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time.
+ The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time.

Zurich is seeking an experienced Senior Energy Oil, Gas & Power Gen Underwriter, (Senior Level III or AVP Level IV) to join our National Accounts team in Zurich'sNew York or Houston office. While this position will be based out of our New York or Houston office, you will have the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis. You will partner with your manager to set a flexible work schedule that supports you, our customers, and our brokers and agents. This role will require you to be visible in the marketplace to meet with our agents and brokers and be in the office/market three days per week. We may, at the sole discretion of the hiring manager, also be open to hiring talent remotely. .While this position will be based out of our New York office, you will have the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis. The hiring manager will determine the appropriate level based upon the selected applicant's experience and skill set relative to the qualifications listed for this position.
As a Senior Energy Oil, Gas & Power Gen Underwriter, (Sr. Level III or AVP Level IV) you will handle complex new and renewal domestic Energy Oil, Gas & Power Gen accounts and serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the team. As a member of Zurich's Underwriting Team, you will enjoy the opportunity to fully apply and hone your underwriting and marketing skills while building relationships with Select Brokers focused in the New York area.
In this role, you will:
+ Administer and monitor underwriting rules and guidelines, insurance laws and regulations, and rating annual rules.
+ Develop, maintain & collaborate with Line of Business representatives on referrals and other business related needs, as appropriate.
+ May provide guidance to lower level associates.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with distributors (agents & brokers) in support of business retention and acquisition and works with customers and distributors (agents & brokers) to determine their insurance related needs and provide solutions.
+ Supports the sales culture by being a Help Point for agents, brokers and customers.
+ Proactively seek renewal and new account opportunities.
+ Complete detailed opportunity assessment with key distributors to identify growth opportunities
+ Qualify accounts to meet with the organization's appetite, balanced with sound business opportunity.
+ Make broker/customer and on-sight calls with a planned and well-prepared purpose
Basic Qualifications, Senior Level III:

- Adhere to UICOGS, client, and North Slope safety protocols, as well as DOT/FMCSA regulations.
- Coordinate with dispatch, rig move supervisors, and field crews to ensure efficient operations.
- Utilize app-based tracking systems for field tickets, time entry, and load documentation.
- Maintain accurate driver logs, fuel records, and daily reports.
- Support general rig move and logistics tasks when not actively hauling.
Minimum Qualifications:
- CDL Class A with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of oilfield driving experience required; winch truck experience strongly preferred.
- Bed truck experience considered a strong plus.
- Proficient with app-based field ticketing and reporting systems.
- Knowledge of heavy-haul securement, rigging, and Arctic logistics.
- Must pass DOT drug/alcohol screening and remain in compliance with random testing.
- Ability to work in extreme Arctic conditions (-40°F, high winds, low visibility).
