Responsibilities
+ Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals, to identify and attract skilled electricians.
+ Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
+ Building Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with local training programs, trade schools, and industry associations to create a pipeline of potential candidates.
+ Job Posting and Marketing: Create and post compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of electrician roles. Market open positions through various platforms to attract diverse candidates.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and project leads to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
+ Candidate Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates, including tracking progress throughout the hiring process and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
+ Salary Negotiation: Assist hiring managers with salary negotiations and offer letters to ensure competitive offers that attract top talent.

Qualifications
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience: 8+ years total experience: 2+ years of proven experience as a recruiter, 1+ years conducting candidate administrative coordination to Offer Letter, preferably in the construction or electrical sectors with a high school diploma / GED.
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
+ Bilingual in English/Spanish conversational, reading/writing.
+ Strong understanding of electrical trade requirements and qualifications.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
+ Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
+ Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Job Scope
As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work under the guidance of a journeyman-level electrician assisting in the installation, alteration, addition, and/or repair of electrical systems on commercial work sites. The ideal candidate will be working towards a career in the trade with Facility Solutions Group.
Responsibilities:
- Gather tools and supplies to be used at work site.
- Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit.
- Trace out short circuits in wiring.
- Assist in lifting, positioning, and fastening objects such as wiring, conduit, and motors.
- Maintain tools and equipment and keep supplies and parts in order.
- Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
- Help in securing, relocating and organizing materials, small tools, and equipment from and back to appropriate storage areas.
- Keep the work area clean by collecting and disposing of scrap, excess materials, and refuse.
- Assists in pulling wire, lifting, hoisting and positioning materials.
- May operate hand tools and equipment under direct supervision of a Foreman or more senior electrician.
