Overview: We are seeking an experienced Foreman with a focus on commercial solar projects to oversee daily operations and electrical installations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires extensive knowledge of both general construction and electrical work, with a strong emphasis on solar energy systems. The Superintendent will work closely with the construction team, architects, engineers, and electrical crews to lead the successful execution of solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction and electrical installations for large-scale commercial solar projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor construction and electrical field crews, coordinating activities to ensure effective teamwork and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Foreman or in a related construction management role, with a focus on solar energy projects.
  • Strong understanding of both general construction and electrical methods and materials.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial management, and resource coordination.
  • Leadership experience managing field teams, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar/renewable energy projects and 10+ years of electrical experience.
  • A plus to hold a valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License /Texas Master Electrician License or California C10 License
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (Procore ).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Site Management Techs must complete necessary steps to grow healthy pigs from weaning age (when they are received from the sow farm) until the animals are market-ready and loaded out of the barn. This position is responsible for day-to-day "choring" pigs in assigned contract facilities, daily care for the animals, treatment as required and general maintenance for facilities.
**Normal Work Time:**
Standard working day is 6:00am to 4:00pm, Mon thru Fri. Some variations to this will be required. This position is On-call 24/7 in the event of emergency issues at an assigned farm or with our pigs. Weekend rotation is required in this position.
**Essential Duties & Job Qualifications** :
+ Must enjoy working with swine and be able to work in a swine production facility.
+ Must have basic knowledge of or be willing to learn proper swine husbandry skills.
+ Daily checking feeding system to make sure all animals are receiving feed and water through the barn.
+ Have mechanical skills necessary to do day to day maintenance on facilities.
+ Daily checking animals for stress, sickness, vaccinate, treat/medicate as needed and manage sick animals following farm protocols.
+ Must be able to open gates and walk among pigs up to market size within pens to identify any issues with our animals.

**Working Conditions:**

**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION**
Provides overall management of the Corporate Project Management Function. Responsibilities include: Fleet integration and execution of all Major Capital Investment Projects (MCIP) & Strategic Projects, works with senior management team to develop and implement plans that support site and corporate business goals and objectives. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**

+ Responsible for certifying accurate estimates during all phases of the project lifecycle, this includes robust change control management throughout project design and execution.
+ Accountable for the retention and development of project managers supporting line management. Evaluate assigned staff and recommend related training and/or Human Resources actions. Solicit feedback on performance of personnel.
+ Meet with regulatory groups to gain approval and respond to inquiries. This includes agencies such as Department of Energy (DOE), Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
+ Responsible for supporting peer team improvement initiatives

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

The State Corporation Commission's Division of Public Utility Regulation (PUR) seeks a Renewable Energy Analyst interested in a rewarding public service career. The Division of PUR provides support to the Commission in its regulation of Virginia's investor-owned electric, natural gas, water and sewer utilities, member-owned electric cooperatives, and the telecommunications industry. The Renewable Energy Analyst works with utility, state, and industry partners to help manage the Commission's renewable energy programs by conducting investigations, analysis, and technical work in renewable energy and rate cases. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, generally 3 days of telework and 2 days in office per week, as well as continuing education, professional development opportunities, and career growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manually enter, track, and manage renewable energy project contracts in an electronic database
  • Relative to such contracts, serve as a Staff liaison with the regional entity charged with managing renewable energy certificates associated with the energy production from these projects
  • Investigate utility filings associated with renewable energy programs
  • Evaluate utility rates in utility applications
  • Document findings of investigations in pre-filed written testimony and reports
  • Defend findings as a staff witness at evidentiary hearings
  • Assist in maintaining, tracking, and analyzing renewable energy portfolio data
  • Work with utility, state, and industry partners to help manage the Commission's renewable energy programs
  • Participate in Commission rulemakings, workgroups, and stakeholder activities
  • Assist in the monitoring and review of legislative proposals at the Virginia General Assembly
  • Assist in managing the Division's electronic system used for processing utility and industry filings associated with renewable energy programs
  • Perform other tasks as assigned in areas such as Energy Efficiency, Demand Side Management, and Generator Attribute Tracking of Renewable Energy Certificates
