About the Team

The Construction Project Design & Delivery team is at the core of Relativity's growth and development. Through our collaboration and expertise, we deliver projects that lay the foundation for Relativity's future success. In essence, 'we build the factory that builds the rockets!' About the Role

Drive the end-to-end design of workplace environmentsfrom early space planning and test fits to move-in readiness and post-occupancy refinement

Translate headcount forecasts and user needs into functional, ergonomic layouts for offices, labs, and amenity spaces

Lead FF&E and finish selection, maintaining company-wide standards that align with branding, budget, and performance goals

Collaborate with CAD, MEP, Facilities, Security, and Branding teams to integrate layouts into architectural and technical design packages

The Primary objective of the Senior Construction Design Engineer is to lead the Engineering Department to perform all engineering functions in accordance with the company procedures and applicable engineering standards, provide technical engineering input (as required) for estimating and bid proposal requirements, provide interpretations of all external codes, regulations, specifications, and the like, provide value engineering direction for company engineering activities, and to sign and seal engineering design packages.
**Senior Construction Design Engineer Required Qualifications:**
+ Must be proficient in the use of the selected software such as AutoCAD, Plaxis, CivilTech, STAAD.Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
+ Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction engineering and or engineering design for projects of varying size, scope and alternative delivery methods
+ Experienced with pile template design, temporary shoring, support of excavation, formwork & falsework, barge stability calculations, pile hammer wave equations, and general marine engineering.
+ Possess Professional Engineering licenses in the region
+ Bachelor's Degree - Engineering or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience - Structural or Geotechnical discipline preferred
+ Masters Degree preferred

As an IT Business Analyst in the Transmission and Distribution Products group you will be part of a highly motivated team focused on the Construction & Design product. Qualifications:

Required:
