Job Description
Under limited supervision, the Development Risk Manager ("DRM") works within RJAHI's Asset Management group. The DRM will be a member of a professional team that provides expertise and analysis for affordable housing investment and asset management activities. For investments representing moderate risk and complexity, performs underwriting functions for to-be-built or existing developments, and manages development risk through construction lease-up. Also, performs administration of the documentation and funding requirements, and provides consulting support through a high level of professional service and conduct to existing and potential customers.
**Specific Responsibilities**

+ Reviews the project design, entitlements, technical merit, building code, compliance, usability, and marketability of the project.

**Role Overview**
The Construction Inspector supports the Construction Oversight Manager and project team by conducting site inspections, monitoring construction activities, and ensuring compliance with all program, contractual, and regulatory requirements for CDBG-DR funded recovery projects. This role is essential for maintaining quality, safety, and accountability throughout the construction process.
**Key Responsibilities:**

experience to drive continuous improvement around the facility, reduce waste in the process,
create and design robust processes, and improve efficiency in the value stream. You will show

You will join the Fall River Commercial Laundry manufacturing engineering team. In each
area, we produce large commercial laundry dryers or washers. You will lead continuous
improvement projects, work in cross-functional teams with materials, engineers, suppliers,
quality, fabrication, programmers, supervisors, and leadership. You will be expected to self
lead your projects, use the Whirlpool tools, document data, and show clear improvements.
You will be required to support production to meet production demands as needed. You will
be required to support lean shop to execute projects as needed.
