The Construction Scheduler prepares and maintains projects schedules in accordance with Hoffman and Industry standards throughout the project life cycle. They will be responsible for schedule development, baseline maintenance, updates, reporting, documentation, and schedule quality. The Scheduler will report directly to the Schedule Lead or Schedule Manager and is expected to work closely with many members of the construction team, including Superintendents, Engineers, Construction Managers, PMs, and Owners. - Constructs, builds, repairs, and inspects Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) networks to provide voice, video, and data to residential and commercial customers.

**Job Description**
**What you'll do**
+ Develop and maintain detailed site schedules (level 5), integrating construction activities, resource allocation and critical milestones using Primavera P6.
+ Track earned value and project scope change impacts to baselined schedules and s-curves.
+ Ensure alignment of site schedule with internal planning standards and client requirements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including site crew, project managers, engineers, and contractors, to gather relevant project information and ensure accurate project scheduling.
+ Analyze synoptics and other technical documents to further identify risks in the L5 schedule.
+ Coordinate with stakeholders to establish realistic project timelines, considering available technical constraints, resources and external factors.
+ Monitor and track project progress, identifying deviations from planned schedules and proposing appropriate corrective actions to keep the project on track.
+ Communicate project schedules and updates to relevant stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely dissemination of information.
**What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)**
+ Proven experience as a Site Planner in the construction industry, with 2+ years of on-site planning experience for industrial projects
+ Strong proficiency in using scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6, for creating and managing project schedules and resources.
+ In-depth knowledge of construction planning and scheduling principles, techniques, and methodologies.
+ Ability to read and understand construction drawings and to understand the interdependencies between various activities (mechanical, electrical, piping.).
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate scheduling conflicts and risks.
**Eligibility Requirements**
+ Proficiency in English communication.
+ Ability and willingness to travel to work sites (100% of the time, subject to rotational work schedules).
